Terrible service rude employees would rather talk amongst themselves than to put the customer first. Sloppy and unsanitary. Didn't even know what she was doing. We had to tell her we wanted to have cheese on our subs bc she didn't even bother to ask like they normally would. She just threw the meat up there and went on to the next sub. Didn't want to take her time and be professional it was like she wanted to just get us out of her line. Was rude when I asked her what she was doing after she dipped a knife into God only knows what and while still dripping wet proceeded to cut my sub with it. She rolled her eyes so I told her I better not get sick from it. She got an attitude and said you won't get sick that's what we are supposed to do. So either I don't know subway very well despite how many times I've gotten subs from there or I am not grasping the concept that they are supposed to dip their knife into some liquid and without even drying it off and still dripping wet with it cut someone's sub. No telling how often she dipped that knife in there or how often the mystery liquid was changed. Not to mention the place smelled terrible. When my mother in law and I walked in the odor pure slapped you in the face. ..like a bunch of cats had peed everywhere. This place has really gone down hill since my last review. I have gone from 5 stars to 1 star and it is bc of one employee. Either hire employees that want to do their job and treat people with respect...
Read moreI only put one star because it's required to leave a review. I will say that being a regular customer I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with this subway. I highly recommend you go elsewhere. They don't speak clear English, they forget to give you your food and they ALWAYS mess up on your order, the kids that work there are always acting silly and not paying attention to their job. They always have their little high school friends come in to visit while they are working. Probably why they continue to mess up the orders? I called the owner left a voicemail and he didn't contact me. The manager was left a message and she did not contact me. When I finally spoke with her she said she can NOT issue me a refund and could only remake my sandwiches. Why in God's name would I want that if they continue to mess up my order every single time? I beyond upset. We spend $45 almost once a week to purchase our subs there and they have totally lost our business. They can keep their soggy fly invested subs. Every order I have received has always been wrong. The owner, the manager, the staff are all terrible. I couldn't understand manager with her strong accent. I don't know if she was speaking English or what. I am a regular customer and they have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. When you ask for a refund after they gave you the wrong order and didn't even give you your chips you purchased and they say NO Refund, it's time to stop going here. I tried to be considerate and patient thinking they probably messed up my order because they are busy and just human, but now I am completely frustrated. They continue to mess up my orders. They do not care and they do not try to satisfy their customers. The owner never calls back either. Will no longer order or do business here again. Very disappointed.
