Sisters II Ice Cream — Restaurant in Benson

Today I had the BEST customer service experience. A young man went above and beyond to help me find dairy-free options on the menu. We went through the entire menu together, but when nothing worked for my allergy, I asked if I could just have a pickle. He went to check, couldn’t find one, and then even offered to drive to the store to get some so I would have something to eat!

He did all of this with a smile, incredible patience, and without ever making me feel like I was a burden for asking so many questions. That kind of kindness and effort deserves to be recognized—truly outstanding customer service!

It's such a cool space! We enjoyed some banana pudding ice cream and cheese and crackers ice cream (yes you read that right!) They were both delicious. Scoops are very generous. We walked around town and talked about the cheese and cracker to locals! They also reported having had butter popcorn ice cream, pumpkin pie ice cream with pie crust chuncks, and strawberry basil. Truly superb ice cream. It’s a shame there is no word for a frozen treat between ice cream and gelato, even though Sisters II is much closer to a fabulous gelato than ice cream. It is so rich and creamy. I tried the seasonal Hot Dark Chocolate Peppermint and Red Velvet Cake. Both were great. The service from the two young store attendants was attentive and friendly.
