I constantly have negative experiences from this location. Their website and Google says that they close at midnight but they argue and yell at you whenever you call to order at night because that is incorrect. They don't simply let you know that they close at 11:00. They say they can't fix the online information. Also, today, I call after placing an order on the app, where there is no delivery time estimated until after the order is placed, and ask why the delivery time over an an hour. They apparently only have one delivery driver scheduled there until 5:00 on a Friday because people don't eat dinner until 5:00. I ask to have my order cancelled and they apparently can't do it at the store and have to call a customer service number to cancel it. I am at work and cannot leave but am hungry so I change my mind. As soon as I changed my mind, I call back and am told it is already cancelled and there is no way I can get my food now. Read moreI cannot begin to express my distaste for this Pizza Hut! Had a horrible delivery experience a couple of weeks ago - order was completely wrong - and when I called to complain the told me that I could have the choice of either not being charged and receive a credit for the total of my order or they could send it out again but it would take an hour and a half because they got busy! I opted for the credit. Threw out most of the pizza we ordered because it was inedible. On top of that they charged our credit card anyway. The next day I called to complain again and they did finally get that taken care of, apologized and reiterated that I had a credit for $35 to use at any time. I called this evening to use the credit and low and behold we have a credit for $10! I told the teenager who answered the phone "no thank you" and hung up. I WILL NOT GO BACK!! Read moreOrdered on app as have in past. I get notification pizza was delivered. Opened door to no delivery. Phoned store and was asked if I wanted to just cancel. I said NO. McKenzie confirmed my order made excuses as to driver lost, delivered to wrong address. I asked so my order will be here in 30 minutes she said yes. 45 minutes later no delivery again so I drive to location less than qtr mile away. Walk in to 5-6 employees standing around and asked for my order was told it just came out of oven and driver left with it. But then came out of the back with a cold pizzas. I asked for the general manager and was given a name as she was trying to also call a Brooke. I asked for a call back from a manager which is yet to happen.
