Bentonville Winlectric Co. — Local services in Bentonville

I recently had a poor experience with Bentonville Winlectric. My electrician sent me there to buy the materials I needed for my new construction building. I had already purchased the LED can lights (close to 60) and still needed to select switches and outlets along with wall plates. When I arrived at Winlectric, the sales rep didn't ask me about the lights (as though it didn't matter) but instead walked me through the warehouse to show me some switches. I wanted a higher end switch that had a status light and selected a model that I thought would be sharp, and would work without issue. I ended up buying 15 of them at nearly 40/each. Upon installation,I discovered that they were not compatible with my LED can lights because they flickered. When I reached out to them over the phone to tell them they flickered they blamed the inexperienced person that assisted me. I stopped in to see if they would help me and after the sales rep spoke with the manager I was flatly told no. They wouldn't accept the switches as a return, and they wouldn't give me some sort of a discount on replacement switches or lights. Terrible selection, extremely rude manager, you order something it finally comes in and it was the wrong thing. Then they want to say I was the one who gave them the wrong product. I went to them thinking they where professional's and told them what I was looking for; even showed them a picture of what I was wanting to make sure and they still got it wrong. If the manager had a better attitude everything could have been fixed with no issues but the manager had to take it a step to far and I will never use them again for anything. To anyone checking these reviews, Winlectric company has been under new ownership for the last few years. We have done business with them for many years. They have great pricing and great customer service.
