I would rate this place Zero stars if I could!!
Never will I pick up orders from this joint!! They continuously have the delivery drivers wait 45 minutes up to an hour to get the orders, they contend to the drive thru first before their online orders, and even then, they don't care, they will make the delivery person wait longer, while they mess around not caring about the delivery drivers time. We are contractors who Taco Bell pays a fee for through Doordash/Uber/Grubhub we are the EMPLOYER!! not the other way around, our orders should be ready the minute we walk in, we should not be waiting there over 5 minutes, that is why Taco Bell pays a fee for these delivery places, for their customers to get top quality delivery service. We can't perform our duty when the employees of Taco Bell is messing around and not doing their jobs. If you do not like your job at Taco Bell leave! Simple, stop the bull! This is the only Taco Bell that does this, it's like they do it purposedly. FYI taco bell orders to customers do not pay much $5-$7 and when you have us drivers wait 45 minutes to an hour you are taking our pay from us, we all have bills, and families to take care of. None of the employees at this Taco Bell would work for $5-$7 an hour so why should the delivery driver that is your EMPLOYER do it? Or why should you make paying customers wait?! Some are at their job waiting for their lunch you are also toying with their pay as well and...
Read moreAmong fast food places they all have their own rating. A taco bell here is not the same there. That one in hawaii may have made the best burritos with the same ingredients but it just slaps harder you know?
Now this place, amongst my friends and myself, we have agreed this is the best one. It happens to be closer than the others but that is something that came up during our discussion.
Not only the above, but we also had to really get to the nit and griddy of vote. We took a few polls from outside sources to break the ties.
This one won. It's fast(at least at like 12-2am whenever I usually go). And they actually make the burritos correctly with a fair standard margin of error. I've not had a dried out over cooked tortilla yet. My cheese on my quesadilla or cheese roll up is actually there. My bean and rice burritos actually feel quite girthy.
I do have to give the food quality the 3 star rating though. Cause let's be real. It is still taco bell and it typically hits the spot for certain circumstances. This is not on the staff. This is just on the brand. 3 is neutral. I opt out of that one.
If you have an issue and went between 12-2 am, it's likely just a glitch in the matrix, or that small margin of error we talked...
Read moreWe just got back (9:30pm Nov 10th) We returned tonight because of an order they gave us incorrectly. We paid for a $30 order and received someone’s 6 crunchy taco order. But we didn’t realize it until we arrived at home. (Which is a 30min drive round trip) being late night for us, we decided not to return the same night. Anyhow… tonight there was a female working there (the ONLY female) who decided to make our visit very hostile. Telling my husband next time we have to return the same day, otherwise we wouldn’t get our makeup order. Like it’s our fault they messed up our order in the first place.?! She continued to mock my husband in front of my son, no less. When we got home, I didn’t feel safe eating the food seeing a hostile, confrontational employee made my food. We won’t spend our money in an environment like that ever again. It’s a real shame. How is she allowed to treat customers in this manner, treating us like the bad guys for their own mistake. Bless that girls rotten heart I’ll contact corporate in the morning to see if this is the standard they set for...
