Worst Location in NWA. Employees always have an attitude, order is LITERALLY never correct, the tea is always soured, and they all act completely oblivious to the fact that it’s not okay to charge customers for what they order but give them whatever you feel like making. For instance- last visit I ordered the strawberry shortcake jar, paid, got my order and had a brownie jar (I cannot stand brownie) took it back nicely for an exchange to be told “yeah, we are out of strawberry shortcake” and I was expected to just accept that. No refund offered, never told me that they gave me something different than what I paid for, and never apologized. This visit- ordered two sweet teas with extra extra ice. My husband actually used the words “complete overkill on the ice we want it cold”. Received two teas with NO ICE. Kindly asked the hateful girl at the window (after waving her down for over 3 minutes) to please give us ice. She already rolled her eyes once because we were still at the window and now as she sighs and rolls her eyes a second time she says “I put ice in them! It melted”………. I laugh and say “well you must’ve not put extra extra ice then”. She leaves the window for another 5 minutes, returns with no tea, then rolls her eyes again because we are still at the window waiting. She leaves again and comes back with 2 Peach teas with sugar all over the cups and tea spilled over everything. I go inside to ask for 2 new cups to make my own tea. The boy at the register wants to know why we need to make the tea ourselves. I tell him that we were given the wrong tea. He says “yeah because we are probably out of sweet tea and when we are out of sweet tea we just give out peach tea instead”. I absolutely HATE peach. Read moreI went through the drive through yesterday for my lunch. I ordered a chicks meal when I got to the window without confirming my order the lady took my card and I made sure to ask for extra ranch she charged me almost double! I told her that my order was wrong and it shouldn’t of been 16$ she asked for the order back (kept my card) shut the window and when returned insisted that her manager refunded my card and it would take 3-5 business days. Which really irritated me only because if she would have asked me I would have told them to just add more chicken to what I previously ordered! So they refunded my 16$ then told me she was running my card for the 9$ since I had no say in my card being ran twice at this point I agreed even though my bank will lock my card if there is multiple transactions at one store in case of fraud. I got my order and asked for my extra ranch and got told to pull to the second window then was told they needed to run my card for a 3rd time for 50 cents!!!! I asked to speak to a manager and explained my reasoning and it didn’t matter. what if I only had 25$ to my name I’m out the first 16 off the rip for her mistake what if I needed that for diapers or gas lmao but they couldn’t spare me the 1 extra ranch!!! Read moreThis place is awesome. Management always has a pleasant attitude when we eat at this particular location. The Buffalo mac bowls when they have them are THE BEST! Their traditional wings set the bar high, ESPECIALLY the nashville hot dry rub. The parmesan garlic sauce is soooo good. The cheesecake dessert in the jar is always delicious if I still have room for dessert after eating a delicious meal. Their fries are better than competitors. Did I mention the exceptional service I was given when I ordered via door dash one night for a work potluck? One item was forgotten ( a large fries) but when I went back and showed my receipt for my big order after speaking to the manager about the missing item , they said come back and tell them you spoke to "?" I can't remember the gentleman's name now. But they replaced my entire order. They totally didn't have to do that. I went with my 4 children that day, thinking we'd get just the large fries I was missing from my order, but they went above and beyond and replaced the entire order. I felt completely blessed. I cried right there in the restaurant while waiting for the meal. I didn't have to cook that night . That extra time spent with the children meant everything to me....
