If you're rotating coffees every week then you can't be inspired to come back to buy more coffee. They switch their coffee all the time. So if I find something I like it'll be gone when I come back so what's the point. Is it that they want you to buy a while whole bag? I ordered the cafe au lait'ithis is the third time and two times they gave me foamed milk on top like it was a cappuccino. I'm kind of tired of people just doing their own thing just to be special or something. I'm done. New customer lost already. The response to my comment from the company seals the deal. We are done. They have no intention of trying to provide a regular consistent quality of brew. They also ignored my comment about making the cafe au lait inappropriately. That's rude and unprofessional. The mindset at this establishment is one of selfishness.
