This is terrible. A brand new taco bell and this place is already a catastrophe. I went in to the mobile order drive thru line. Took a employee about 10 minutes to say something or respond and there was not even one single person in either drive through. I was told i placed my order at the wrong location and the employee said the address i gave them was not accurate. Went on into the app and it says i was 33ft away from the location i ordered from. So i went back around the building to find out the employees weren’t even behind the counter. So i go through the drive thru again and gave a random name. The employee responds with pull up to the second window and once I showed her my order number then on my app shows that they started my order when I’ve already ordered that food 35 minutes prior which was only four items then they seem to give me attitude I’m not really felt uncomfortable to eat my food after what I endured. I am not a Karen I don’t usually write reviews like this at all every single review I’ve ever gave on food was excellent. I understand this is not a five-star restaurant but for a drive-through with a mobile pick up order that was placed prior and that location was nowhere near busy did not even have one customer I feel like I just wasted my time and my money because I can’t return my food. This is unacceptable and I encourage other people to eat at a different location if you want good customer service! I am demanding a refund or some type of compensation for the inconvenience. Read moreWorst Taco Bell I have ever been to. They can’t read the screen at all. They mess up every order. I even had them remake an order from a previous mess up and they still messed it up. They can’t get anything right. It’s pretty sad people can’t read a simple screen these days. I will never ever ever ever order from this place again. Horrible just horrible. Wasted so much money at this place. Food never prepared right. They didn’t even have lettuce. I ordered online for pickup. 15 min later I show up and they didn’t even start the order until I got there. Why have an online order pickup time if you are not going to start it until I get there and I have to wait 15 min. Makes no sense what so ever. Read moreNot only did they allow a new employee to work unsupervised, and apparently untrained, allowing him/her to completely screw up order after order, but when informed about it, the shift manager who worked on the night of May 7, 2024, was extremely rude, showed zero sense of responsibility and did not follow through on an obligation to correct the situation after advising that she would. This is not the first such experienxe at this location, which consistently shows a pervasive culture of poor work ethic and lack of adequate leadership among shift managers. Just because you don't enjoy your job or don't feel you're paid enough, doesn't mean you can half-a** a product or service that someone else paid you to do. Every employee and manager in that store needs to be either retrained or fired. Not sure if the general manager and franchise owners are aware of what's happening there, but they need to save their reputations...
