Burger King — Restaurant in Berea

I'm actually in a former employee there and I wouldn't recommend it there either The GM Carah is highly abusive of her power there are other employees there who are getting ready to leave as it is The whole night time crew does not like her or nor wants to work with her because of how disrespectful she is she has cost me some of my money actually she's always made threats saying if we mess with her she messes with our money I've got witnesses I've got witnesses of how she treats her employees how she talks to her employees she does not teach the employees how to do anything right there is another manager there who does teach the employees right by the BK rule by the BK book meanwhile carah does not she stays in the back office mostly all day on her phone talking to her boyfriend who she let's comes up all the time to get free food gets this and does that there I like I said I've got witnesses I do not mind working at Burger King at all it's just when I had went on strike when I had told my boss boss how she was instead of the situation being taken care of they had wrongfully terminated me cuz I went on strike because if I'm there to do my job I'm there to work and be treated with respect...

The level of unprofessionalism i experienced the moment I walked in the door was ridiculous. The women in the back (who I found out after my return was the manager) I heard cussing and saying im the purple haired people eater. They forgot my fries, and cheese wasnt on my sandwich. I pulled through drive through because no one was there she actually made me park my car and come in. I was already agitated because no apology on phone was given for inconvenience. I told her that was ridiculous and was informed that was company policy. And she pulled my receipt said I didnt pay for cheese. So I asked if cheese could be added was told no I would have to buy new sandwich (that i understood, I worked in food) so I said then I want a discount for my inconvenience. Her reply was I gave you your fries....the second time around?!? Long review later I left and got the fries home only to throw them away because they weren't even done! And I wasnt making a third trip. I've been to this BK multiple times and less and less I return.

Let's not mention theres a Christmas tree up in lobby, and window decals from Halloween and Easter still up. As someone in management I would be appalled to call...

Worst chicken sandwich and onion rings I've EVER gotten from Burger King in my life! It was inedible. The chicken was HARD and completely dry! I literally fed it to my dog. There was no cheese on it like I requested. The onion rings were hard, almost like maybe they threw the old ones back in the fryer to heat them up. And what is that black stuff? Now I know why I didn't get a receipt with a survey code... There was no one in the drive-through (that should've been my 1st clue). And I wonder how long ago this food was actually made. There were no markings on the wrapper to know. I'm new to Berea..... now I know to avoid this Burger King! They need to educate their employees about food safety and why food has time limits, before someone gets sick. Service gets a one star also because my husband went there... they were open, no line... waited and finally someone came on the speaker and said that he couldn't take his order because there was no help. Then why are they even open if they can't take any orders? Wonder how long before it's...
