Dessert Cafe — Restaurant in Berkeley

I'm giving this 2 stars because it was ok. My brother and I both got the Ube Snowflake Binsu. 1 each. So they made our orders to the point where they didn't put the ube ice cream on. They called us up telling us there was no ube ice cream left. During that they were still making my brother's (knowing there was no ice cream) and told us there was only vanilla or strawberry ice cream. No one in the restaurant had ube ice cream, so they already knew before they didn't have anymore. But they still continued to make it. And they said because it's already made they cannot refund it. So we both asked for vanilla because there wasnt much of a choice. I got vanilla and they gave my brother strawberry. Like wth. What kind of business is this. It's more like a scam. Then we went back to the kiosk after eating maybe half of it because it wasn't he same without the ube. The kiosk still showed it was available to order. They are just trying to make money and taking orders for things they don't have and just force you replace it with a substitute that doesn't go with the rest of the order. I won't be coming...

I just order from uberEATS, everything is so PERFECT!!!!!!!!! I order the 3 pieces donuts with Chocolate Churro, they put lots of cinnamon powder. The sauce of the matcha donut is just right. And the more you chew the Funnel Cake strawberry donut , the taste around your mouth. Each donut has a nice springy texture and is sweet but not greasy

I’m also surprise of the corndog！Even if the food gets a little cold during delivery, and I don’t like the food get cold. but it still tastes good! I look forward to my next visit to eat in and enjoy a fresh hot dog~

So I’ve only tried the croffles (many flavors), tiramisu and a couple of the drinks. I have to say the drinks are terrible. OK I won’t say terrible but they’re not something that I would recommend. I’ve had better drinks elsewhere. However,the croffles and the tiramisu are always delicious. I will say it does depend on who makes croffles whether you get a sufficient amount of fruit on top or not but they are very tasty. The only thing bringing me back are the desserts, well the ones I’ve tried. And like most things these days the items have gotten smaller...
