This is not a restaurant. It is a hotel lobby. There is one server, if you can find her. The menu is a Xerox copy with items marked off with a sharpie when they are out. The "Seasonal Mixed Vegetables" are Green Giant frozen California mix. The biscuits are Pillsbury Grands. I've included a video of me trying to cut the "Fire Grilled Chicken." When you walk in, there is no indication there is food service there. There is a check-in desk for the hotel. You can see a buffet counter and kitchen, but they appear long abandoned.
