This cafe is one of the better places to use your meal points on campus! The inside is nice and clean, and you'll probably be surrounded by engineers (since the cafe is on north side) who are studying super hard or ko-ed on the couches near the TV.
The wraps are filling, and you can customize them, so if you didn't really enjoy your wrap here, maybe try another combination. I usually get a wheat tuna wrap with a lot of cheese, some tomato sauce thing, olives, lettuce, cucumbers, peperoncini, and jalapenos.
The line for wraps can get extremely long around lunch time (because of students coming in after class), so I would avoid this place around noon. It also takes a while to get your wrap because once you get your wrap, you have to stand in another line (the line for Peet's) to pay for it -_-.

I said to her that she could nix it after me but couldn't she honor what was just promised. She denied her regular uc staff customer! Not a good Yali's practice to renege on the offer I was given and especially after the customer appeals it politely to her face. Being a regular customer at the Qualcomm Yalis obviously means nothing and is not an element in their idea of good customer service. No problem, I will do business with other places that honor their offers and recognize the value of customer...

It tastes like kitchen scraps my father prepares for his chickens. I had a few of my office mates taste the salad to confirm that it was the worst salad ever. Do not order the Asian salad. Nothing Asian about it, and it tastes horrifically bad! I do love Yali's in general. I just hope they will taste this salad themselves and then change it so that it tastes good...
