Roma Pizza — Restaurant in Berlin Township

Last night decided to order the Tuesday night special for pickup. Ordered 2 cheese steak hoagies and an order of loaded fries. Girl said 20 min. I arrived in 20 min. To pickup my order and it wasnt ready yet. No big deal. Well I waited I waited and I waited. Seen a few people come in pick up their orders and leave as I sat there and waited more. Could tell the one girl at the counter felt bad about me waiting as she kept looking over at me. Well 50 min. Later from time I ordered I finally got my food the other girl who gave it to me had no apology or anything. So I get home open my order and notice no lettuce no tomato just fried onions ( I ordered raw because I thought I was getting a cheesesteak "hoagie". Then I look at my order of loaded fries and do a double look in the bag and no ranch dressing which loaded fries are suppose to come with. Well we ate the steaks and they were good and I had my own ranch dressing for the fries. My point is the sevice was terrible. They have some great deals on food but I have had my orders messed up numerous times. I guess this is what happens when you let kids run your business and the owners no...

Very surprised how I was treated. We walked in 30 minutes before closing. They wouldn't make slices of pizza for my kids unless we bought a whole pie. So we bought a whole pie. When ordering the rest of my order the girl kept rolling her eyes, huffing and puffing and being rude when I asked questions. (It was our first time there). I get the fact she must have been tired and wanted to go home already. As we waited for our food she grabbed her cell phone and just leaned over the counter. When our food was ready she made more faces and threw our stuff on the counter. When we were leaving I said thank you to her, she looked into my face and looked away. Without saying one word back. I'm very disappointed about the service. I tried being understanding because of the time, but we were out 10 minutes before they were scheduled to close. There was no need to be rude. Definitely not what I'm used to....

Supported the Eastern Vickings Offensive Linemen tonight by discounting the boys meals.Food was absolutely amazing according to my son who loves toneat and is the biggest guy on the team. After hearing him rave about the food I decided to order takeout for the remaining family. I am please to say he was right.! It was amazing.! Our first time there and the staff was so friendly.! The owner Joe saw I was experiencing pain and personally carried my food to the car . He was kind enough to give me a tour of the establishment where I noticed all the support he has given to the kids by the many many plaques the covered the wall.!
