genuinely the worst experience i have had at any venue or record store. i was booked to play a show here and the experience was so terrible. first off, the owner yelled at us the second we walked in for apparently using the wrong door and berated his employees the entire time, eventually making of them quit on the spot due to mistreatment. during sound check, the owner continued to attempt to adjust the lights above the stage despite the bands and employees saying they were fine. he dropped a string of lights on my head, one of the bulbs shattered and cut my hand and damaged my instrument. he then blamed me for it claiming he told us to get off the stage, something he only said AFTER the lights fell. needless to say, this experience was horrible and the show had to be cancelled. DO NOT book a show here, DO NOT play here and don’t even support the owner by shopping here.

They couldn’t give us an appraisal that day so we left it there and got a receipt. Since we come from a distance we called and they were never there. They didn’t call us back, so months later we took that long ride down to them to find the equipment my husband left for the appraisal was on sale and one of the item they already sold!. The young man Scotti, apologized and made my husband an offer for the items they put on sale, without calling us. The day Scotti was going to make the purchase, he backed out and told us to come get all the equipment they put on sale, they no longer want to buy it!. Typically, when something didn't have a price, I would be able to ask, and they would look it up. Their new person told me that anything without prices would have to be put aside for the owner, who wasn't there, which meant, I spent a lot of time looking for stuff that I couldn't purchase. Maybe stuff shouldn't sit out there with no prices if the person at the counter isn't allowed to look it up to price it.
