We bought our playset on 4/8/21 and were advised there was a eight week delay. We were told we would get a call in four weeks to schedule our installation. We never got a call in four weeks and never got our play set in week weeks. In July After about ten weeks of not hearing from anyone regarding our Instalation or advising of any additional delays, I began contacting the company looking an update. I called the Berlin store multiple times but was told every time I needed to contact the Instalation manager. I was given a phone number for the Instalation manager who never answers the phone. I then began contacting the Berlin store again asking for help contacting the installation manager without success. Around mid-July I finally got a call from the Instalation manager and we scheduled the Instalation of our play set for 8/6/21. However on 8/3/21 I got an email stating there would be another two week delay and I would get a call with a new Instalation date. We are now in September and summer is over! I have sent the Instalation manager many emails asking for an update but my emails and calls are always ignored. I understand that after COVID-19 there are many delays that are sometimes out of a company’s control. But the most frustrating part is the lack of customer service and communication. Not responding to calls or emails, not communicating what is going on with my order. I have now emailed the Instalation manager requesting to cancel my order. It’s been five months!!!...
Read moreSuper disappointed. Took a half hour drive yesterday to go buy a play set and trampoline here only to arrive at 10:15 and read a sign that said they were opening at 2 pm. I understand meetings or events come up but that's what Facebook and Google are for. Google business allows businesses to update specific hours on specific days and on Facebook you can post a status that says "hey opening up late today". I checked their facebook after reading reviews about them opening late all the time but nothing anywhere else stated otherwise. So I would say it was wasted time but we found somewhere else to purchase a playset, a trampoline, and rubber mulch. It was a big box store and we wanted to support a smaller business like Superior Play Systems but we weren't going to waste more time driving there and risking them being closed. We promised our daughter we were buying a playset yesterday so that's what we did. I have to say Superior Play Systems was highly recommended in my wife's mother's group and I can see why! First I spoke with Drew on the phone and he was incredibly helpful. I met with Vito this afternoon to look at some options in person and was able to get exactly the playset we wanted with all the features and configuration we wanted. It's one of the most expensive things I've ever purchased but ultimately I'm happy with the price after seeing the quality and ten year warranty. Plus I figure the kids are set for remote learning and recess will be cancelled when they return to in-person. So I think this playset will help the kids exercise, play and imagine!
