Dunkin' — Restaurant in Berlin

First off I wanna say the people who work at Berlin VT store are much MUCH BETTER then the Barre VT store as it pertains to customer service skills, but for the past year I every time I have gone to the Berlin store it’s like they don’t want people to do the survey on the receipt cause they fail to even ask if the customer wants their receipts even with an On-The-Go ordering!.. today had an on the go order & we also made an order there at the store & not once were we handed either of those receipts or even asked if we wanted them?! The other thing is I ordered an iced coffee cause I’m not one for the cold brew but I wanted the cold foam on the top of my iced coffee, of course they said alright & to pull forward before I got to the window then at the window get told they can’t put the cold foam (which is a rich smoother foam) people get whipped cream on their ice coffees but you can’t add cold foam to my ice coffee?! Then when I said yeah go ahead just do the cold brew the chick still sat there i don’t know if she was trying to argue the point that she could only add the cold foam to the cold brew?! But I work at Dunkin I myself did the training for the new spring items and in the video with the cold foam it makes a list of the drinks you can add cold foam to! -cold brew, -iced coffee,-nitro cold brew, -iced latte,iced macchiato, iced americano?! And even with the advertisements it stated “ICED DRINKS” So why couldn’t I have the...

I stop in through the drive through most days before I head to work. Every time I go the experience is terrible! They always mess up my coffee unless I have them repeat it back to me. The customer service is horrendice. Very rude employees who seem to not care about the value provided by the customers or company. They seem uninterested in their jobs. Management has done nothing to correct the issues I've addressed. The final straw was getting coffee not mixed and an entire screw up of my order after repeating it 5 times clearly and having to wait 15 minutes for a coffee and bagel when I was literally the only customer! Go to Montpelier. This location is horrible and personally a discrase to the dunkin donuts company! Literally lived in the area for a couple months and prefer to go anywhere but...

I purchased two coffees from this DD on 26 July, one hot one iced. Additionally I ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel. Upon receiving my order, I was handed the iced coffee and told “thank you”. I informed the gentleman than I still had more items. They seems overwhelmed with the amount of work. I waited for about two minutes and receive the hot coffee and a bag of food. I dropped off the ice coffee to my wife and soon realized there wasn’t a straw. Then, I opened the bag to realize it was a sausage patty bagel.
