I went one day and was ignored at the counter. So I left. Went back a few day's later, ordered a famous bowl from the drive thru. When i got home the was no gravy in the Famous bowl. I called to let them know. She said i could go back and get the gravy, i said i live in plainfield and did not want to go back now. She said we will put you in the book. I wen't back a couple of day's later, went thru the drive thru, told them i was in the book for a famous bowl. She said wait. A male voice said drive up. When i got to the window he proceeded to tell me the build process of the famous bowl and that it gets two scoops of gravy, so when i complained that it didn't have enough gravy, he was following the build process. I said the complaint wasn't that it didn't have enough gravy, it had none at all. He then said yes it did, he made it. He then came back to not enough gravy complaint. I said you don't even have the complaint correct, there was no gravy at all. He then told me again that there was and the he made it. I told him to keep the famous bowl. Called corporate and nothing has been done to rectify this. So i feel he called me a liar and a thief, because if im lying then i'm trying to scam them out of a 5 dollar famous bowl. Read moreAfter working all day, we wanted to enjoy some KFC. Well, that changed fast. Ordered at drivethru....got to the window, paid for our orders. Looked at first order receipt and found it was completely wrong. Told cashier about the order. She got supposedly manager for help. We were told that she would refund the partial order because we were still going to get some of it. When we asked for a full refund and to start the order over correctly, the woman blatantly told us that she couldn't do that. She would refund the wrong part of the order then rering the rest. When we asked for a receipt for the refunded amount, she proceeded to yell at us and said that she couldn't give a refund receipt because it had to go with original receipt to corporate. I then asked for a refund of the second order because she was so rude and continued yelling at us. This woman slammed the window on us 3 times. She said both orders were refunded but couldn't give us proof. I continued to sit in drive-thru while she still refused to give receipt. She threatened to call the cops if I didn't move so she could wait on other customers and not to return to her store. She also told us that she was the DM and is the "fixer", sent there to fix this store. Well, nothing resolved yet. We did call the headquarters. Customer service there was patient and pleasant. There is suppose to be a response soon. Needless to say.....we will NEVER return...
Read moreFirst off I’d like to say I have worked in fast food before and know it can be difficult sometimes but, that doesn’t make it okay to be rude to customers or other employees. I got the big box classic sandwich with nuggets, fries and a soda. The sandwich was great but, the nuggets were cold. The fries were cold and tasted like week old fry oil. The soda I got was a root beer and it tasted flat. My mother got a big box 5 piece tender, fries, coleslaw and a biscuit. The tenders were okay. The fries were cold and as I said before tasted like week old fry oil. The coleslaw had no flavor. The biscuit was rock solid and cold. She did not eat the biscuit because it was too hard. (She always eats her biscuits and my dad’s or mine.) My father got a tenders combo 5 piece tender, fries and a biscuit. The tenders were okay. The fries he got tasted old stale and were cold he also got way less fries than my mom and I did. His biscuit was also cold and solid. One of the staff members was swearing and yelling at the other employees (she had two dermal piercings on her right cheek below her eye.) She was extremely rude and unprofessional. I have never seen such rudeness at that restaurant before. We usually stop there once a month but, after the low quality, cold food and the extreme rudeness of employees we will not be going...
