This is the second time my invoices that I ordered were either wrong the order was not placed. I run a small business and order a month in advance. The first time the invoices were printed wrong twice. Four trips to town. They were not concerned. I ordered invoices again with changes, that were their errors. After waiting an hour in the store, they revised my invoices and stated they would be ordered. I received a call that day asking is there was any other changes. I advised they had been completed at my visit. I was advised the order would be placed. A month later, as I ran out of invoices, I stop to pay for my order. No invoices, no order, "would you like to place an order today?" I have since ordered from Mollie Lannen Print Services in Barre Vt. a local family business. Rear camera and flashlight were among the ones identified as dysfunctional. Store sent the phone to some third party agency in Texas to get it fixed. Received the piece on the 8th business day but with issues. Tech support and Customer Service experience were a total disaster. Should've noticed the review that was put in 10 months back with similar problem. In any case, gave an expensive device into the hands of an incapable team and regretting it now. Will not go back to this store again either for tech support or for purchases or anything else. As a matter of fact, may avoid any Staples store for good. Experience was that bad.    Read moreI would not recommend shipping a package from here. I brought in a self-packed box to go to NC. At first they would not quote any shipping method that cost less than $50.
When I started to leave, the clerk offered UPS Ground for $20, but said it could take a month. Seemed like something that may not be true, or at least is extremely unlikely. The clerk said that when she tells people that Ground could take a month, they usually go for a more expensive method.
Once I paid (for Ground) and left with a tracking number, I checked the progress of the package every day. For the first three days I got "label created" so apparently the box was just sitting around at Staples.
Finally it was in transit 3 days after supposedly being shipped. Guess what? It was delivered 2 days after it finally started moving, not a month as the clerk had said. I don't like feeling lied to and scammed, not that I'm sure that is...
