O'Bagel — Restaurant in Bernards Township

If you expect your order to be correct when placing a phone order do not go here. I ordered a sandwich and it was wrong so I called and drove back and what they remade was still wrong. When I called in since order was wrong the manager first tried to blame it on the other location. Ridiculous why would I call the other location when I called in and picked up an order from there right before. I’ve ordered from here over a dozen times and they have got it right only a few times. When they do actually get it right the food is great but the staff is rude and desperately needs training. It is shocking how I can order the same thing and every time have a be a different price. The 2 breakfast sandwiches we order never change and the cost varies between 10 and 22 dollars. If there was somewhere better in town I would not go here.

Tried them again today and they were disappointing again. We called in our order and they forgot to make it so it was not ready. They hurried to make it and forgot the egg on a pork roll and...

The staff and service sucks. I've been very disappointed with this particular location. I've placed numerous orders over the phone and once I get there the order is incorrect. I thought I'd correct the problem by just going in with hopes that they wouldn't screw the order up and yet again on several occasions the order was screwed up and I was there in person. Several times they attempted to overcharge me stating I ordered a deli sandwich and not a breakfast sandwich after I specifically said I wanted a breakfast sandwich. You would think they would try to rectify the issue by either making a breakfast sandwich or giving me the one they had made since it was there screw up. No, they just looked at me and gave me a choice to pay for the one they screwed up or get nothing. I chose to get nothing. It's shameful because it's a very convenient location to my job and 1,000 others who work here. I've have informed my coworkers to no longer patronize...

2025 Review (5/5): It’s clear that O'Bagel has made meaningful investments in their staff, facilities, and menu. One notable improvement is their order system (something I pointed out in last year's review). They now take names with each order, and since that change, I haven’t had a single issue with misidentified orders. Moving the register to the back of the store was another smart decision, helping the flow of the space. The updated menu has a lot of character and brings a real sense of excitement and anticipation to each visit. Great job. You all should be proud.
