At first glance this place seems promising. Boy was I wrong. Me and my boyfriend ordered the chicken fried chicken that came with 2 sides each and wings as a starter. 30 mins later we get all of our food at once including the starter. Immediately we tell her that a side is missing from both our plates, mashed potatoes from his and fries from mine, and she asks if we still want them???? We said yes of course (like we’re paying for them??). We wait another 30 mins and nothing comes out and no one checks in with us for our whole visit, no water refills, nothing. We decided to just pay and leave, it wasn’t worth waiting for. Then she tells us she didn’t charge us for the sides or our drinks (we got water lmao). Gives us our change but no receipt. Asked for the receipt and sure enough we were charged for a full meal even though our sides were missing from both meals. Not to mention the Mac n cheese was microwaved slop, chicken sub par at best, and wings EXTREMELY over cooked/dry. Multiple people around us complaining about missing items and food quality issues. Don’t know how this place has so many good reviews. SAVE YOUR MONEY. Lying waitress, terrible service and even worse food. All over a simple fix too, but no you treat your customers like crap. And this is a lot coming from me because I enjoy simple food at simple places but this is the WORST food/service experience I’ve ever...

The Berryville location is brand new. They did a fantastic job with the decor. Real home like feeling. The waitress we had the joy of having was fantastic as well. Super attentive and friendly. Overall feel was great! Definitely didn't disappoint.

Food - I usually go for a few different things. Burgers, seafood, or any kind of pasta. I went with the Chicken Alfredo! Chunks of chicken (bite size) bacon bits and of course the noodles (penne) the food was good. Not overly flavored and rich but not so bad the other way that it needed salt/pepper. Others had the chicken and fish combo (strips and catfish) with macaroni. Didn't have a chance to try the chicken, but the catfish was amazing. Macaroni was good as informed to myself by 3 others.

Shareables/appetizers - fried pickles because it's a southern staple, onion tanglers because it's also a southern food group, and loaded potato skins. All who tried these 3 were impressed and devoured most of them...luckily, I did manage to sneak a few home for a midnight snack.

They also had dessert but I didn't get around to them cakes and pies I believe of different sorts.

Serving sizes were impressive, even for a 215lb guy. Self-control was needed so I could have leftovers and relive the enjoyment. This is definitely a place to visit if you're in the northern side of Arkansas. I don't think you'll be disappointed with much...

My meal was amazing! A delicious appetizer-sorry-I don't remember the name of it but it had chips with pulled pork and beef-cheese, sour cream, and cheese. Yummy! Then I had the horseshoe grilled burger with fries and a house salad too. Everything was perfection. I was only able to eat half of it but took the rest home for another day. My waitress was Danielle. She was so attentive to our every need! Checked on us repeatedly to be sure everything was to our satisfaction. Please make a note (whoever is the boss) that she deserves a raise! Danielle is an extremely hard worker, seeks to please, and has a smile on her face. Don't let this gal get away. She is an asset to your business. We will definitely be back the next time we come...
