I had issues when I ordered from the jump. I ordered the southwest queso wrap w added jalapeños and onion. no tortilla strips. No onion, jalapeño or cheese. The chicken was hard as a rock and I could barely rip it apart in front of the manager who came out to see the issue. The chicken nuggets I ordered were RAW!!!!! I also ordered a drink some fries and a pretzel the queso wrap and some chicken nuggets. I was given something completely different. I was given a soda when I ordered a slushy with some stuff added in. Maria. the manager apparently?? came out. She had regular clothes on and hair down To the point some of her black hair flew from the wind out and CAME INTO MY CAR. She smelled like marijuana so bad to the point it made me nauseous. I’m pretty sure she was under the influence in the moment as well. When I asked her if my entire order could be remade. She said “no I cannot remake your order” I asked her why she couldn’t and she said she was simply “to busy”. I told her that’s fine I would wait. She proceeded to raise her voice at me with the worst attitude and say my team is not going to remake it. Sorry. and then she walked away!!!! I left very mad. Hungry. Upset. I don’t even drink soda so I threw away the soda . I didn’t even get a cup of cheese to eat my pretzel. I couldn’t eat the wrap or the chicken I got either!! This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had and I’m really disappointed that sonic would have someone like this working and MANAGING a store. I got no refund. no food and had a 2 hour drive home after not eating all day. absolutely ridiculous. This was pure laziness. Dirty. And NOT customer service friendly. Read moreMy brother is in from over seas, he is serving our country within the US AIRFORCE. While here he wanted to go Sonic, he says thats something he normally cannot get in England. So he went to Berryville Sonic everyday last week and was treated horribly, 1st he was over charged for his food, 2nd he orded food and paid the total per what the screen said then an older lady car hop came out with his food and told him an amout that was $4 more than what screen had said. When he preceeded to tell the lady that he had already paid what the screen had said, the lady shoved the receite in his face, being the kind of person my brother is he paid the woman the extra $4 and gave her a generous tip. Then when opening his food up his order was wrong. The next day he went again and the day after that thinking it would be better the next time....NOPE!!!! EVERY TIME HIS ORDER WAS WRONG!!!!! Not sure y he kept going back, but he loves his Sonic when he gets to come home once a year. Over the coarse of the week he spent well over $100. Ok he never said anything so i decided to call, i spoke to the manager who then handed phone off to the store owner, Max. Max listened to my complaint and then told me my brother should have complained at the time of services. He said there is nothing he can do and laughed it off! HE NEVER ONCE SAID I'M SORRY!!! Read moreI had the worst experience at sonic the other day. I am a regular, everything is always usually fine. But this particular day, I went to get my usual order ( #1 plain with mozz sticks and a Dr Pepper) Everything was wrong. I politely asked for the carhop to come back and correct my order. Maybe 20 minutes later! making me very late for my lunch break a manager finally came out. Her name was Maria. She took me off by the stench that was coming directly into my car. I thought that’s okay, she’s a fast food worker. But no, as she got closer to my window all I could smell was weed. Very heavily. She asked me what the problem was and I told her. She immediately caught an attitude with me and told me to get over it basically saying they were too busy to correct it and I was wrong.
