I was really excited to visit this place, but I deeply regretted it by the end of our visit. The environment was anything but welcoming, and the staff’s behavior was incredibly rude. As someone who isn’t an experienced bowler, I just wanted to have a fun, relaxing time with my family. Unfortunately, the staff ruined the experience by yelling at us for mistakenly grabbing the wrong bowling ball.

Even after we apologized for the mistake, they continued to raise their voices and mock us for our inexperience, which was both unprofessional and hurtful. Bowling alley needs some work ( which they are planning to do this summer), I don't care for the restaurant however. I get to the bowling alley between 6 and 6:30, and half the time they are out of the special. I order my French fries without the seasoning they put on them. After ordering them this way for several times, I forgot to order without it. They came with it on and when I took them back they said "I wondered way you didn't ask not to have it. Super fun :) we got to play 3 free games on new years eve. It was a comfortable place, the staff was very sweet and welcoming. We will be coming back for sure!! Also berryville really needs a nice place like this for the younger people here just for something to do because there is literally NOTHING to do...
