I came through drive through.
I ordered as follows:
1 beef chalupa, no tomatoes + Add spicy ranch 1 soft taco , no tomatoes + Add spicy ranch 1 beef chalupa, no tomatoes 2 beef supreme chalupas 1 mexican pizza with onions 2 Dr peppers 1 water 1 strawberry lemonade
It was $44 and change.
Got my order, im missing 1 chalupa The others i got had tomatoes.(my wife is allergic to tomatoes) so i went back through drive thru, explained i just came through and im missing a chalupa. Attendant disagreed with me that i was missing one. I assured him that i in fact was missing one because i ordered 4 total and i have 3 in my bag. I was missing the chalupa with no tomatoes and spicy ranch. Pulled up to the window, got the taco, and proceeded home.
Once i got home the taco was wrong still, as it was loaded with sour cream instead of spicy ranch like I asked, and it had tomatoes.
Needless to say my wife didnt get to eat because of whoever inside making food isnt paying attention and doesnt have enough ambition to focus on the quality of work they produce. I paid almost $45 on drive through tacos, thats rediculous. If thats the price, then i expect the food i purchased to be accurate.
I dont know if its: who trained them whos listening to orders and entering them in the system the food preps themselves, that dont care as soon as the shift manager is away or its the system itself malfunctioning
Truth is it doesnt matter. How the employees perform reflects the expectations of the manager, period.
Everyone in that building makes $12+ an hour. Show some ambition, get it together. I wont be back for food in that time frame any longer. If i was in the managers shoes, i would have a very serious meeting with the night...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreVery bad situation.Myself my mother and a friend went inside to eat.You now have to order from a touch screen. We looked at the family packs of tacos burritos etc.None of them tells u how many of what your ordering.a 12 pc,18 pc or half tacos half burritos or all tacos or all burritos etc..We asked for help and a young man came and helped us.he didn't know but knew what we wanted and rang it up person to person. And I believe the manager told him not to be helping us,and if we can't order it off the touch screen we could just go thru drive in.The next couple behind us had a problem also.and they just ordered what they had and didn't want to deal with problem we had.So we get our meal and the other couple got theres. And manager told young man to lock lobby doors and dine in is closed.Dont have time for any of this and don't have the staff to help people don't know how to use touch screen...long story short.Neither one of us 3 will be going back there and or will mention or experience to our friends,Sorry people but Berryville Ar manager needs learn customer appreciation and how to respect...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreEarlier on this lovely day, I decided to stop by and partake on some āfast foodā.
As those who know me, I only dine on the finest of foods that can be found locally.
I quickly picked a Quesarito combo at this fine place called āTaco Bellā in Berryville.
This came with the Steak Quesarito, one crunchy taco and a new drink āBaja Blast Zeroā.
First off, the Steak Quesarito, while delicious, is different as it is like a Quesadilla wrapped up in a burrito.
The Steak was cooked to perfection, the rice, cheese, and sour cream blended together into a flavor medley.
The crunchy taco, while not the most exciting side dish, was still on its own quite scrumptious with a little fire sauce to top it off.
The Mountain Dew Baja Blast Zero sugar was a good choice for a pairing, as it was very light balanced palate with a crisp finish and fruity undertone flavor.
I give Taco Bell in Rockport a 5 Star review. Highly recommend if you are looking for Authentic...
