Went in there for dinner last evening, the place was full including a large table of a family who where murdering how they would love there drinks. A seemingly over worked server after being flagged down finally retrieved there glasses of water, said he'd be back to get there order, and came to get our drinks. He delivered our drinks and said he'd be back for our order. He went to get 2 more drink orders and returned not to the large family that had been there waiting, but to our table.i asked what they did not have as far as wings go (I've just gotten accustomed) and as usual they did not have traditional wings, We where also informed they didn't have pepperoni, and could not order anything containing it. Then the server changed his mind and we could order things containing it and that he would not charge us for extras should we want them in place of the missing item. We got a meat lovers and another pizza that was split in half. He went to put our order in and that big family there for dinner got up and walked out, one gentleman telling the manager on duty they really needed to fix things they had been waiting 45 mins and would not ever be back. Our food came, and had the missing pepperoni on it after all, brought to the servers attention, he said "Oh they must have went and got some" and he walked off. I tried to psst... him to get his attention again and he looked at me shushed me and walked into the kitchen. Now I don't know what kind of training they put people through here if any, but being rude to customers, I am pretty sure is not in the criteria. The place is always a mess when we go in for dinner, and the salad bar always looks tired, if you can get past the molded tomatoes and dried out other items. You should really get rid of Mr funny man, and learn how to clean and while your at it stop turning the roller speed up on the oven just to push more out at curtain times, because if I'm paying for it, it should be cooked right in your oven not after I've tried to eat it and had to take it home and re-cook it. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME...
Read moreThe people who work here aren't very welcoming or friendly for that matter, it's a service industry job, it's not always fun, customers can be jerks I get it i've been in the service industry for 16 years... you still have to smile and be polite, that's why you make a pay check and that's how you get tips. Also every time I order online and PAY for sauce for my wings or bread sticks I never get them. I now ask for them in store when I pick up my food, however warning all the employees will act like you just asked them to run a marathon or something... all attitude and deep sighs. This last time my marinara literally came scraped out of the bottom of the pot, it was cold and had burnt chunks in it, when another server came up to get some and it was empty she threw herself on the counter and wined and complained that she had to fill it. If I spend my hard earned money that I made faking smiles and dealing with grumpy customers all day and stocking heavy boxes up and down flights of stairs after work I really don't want to see you complain about walking 5 feet to get a plastic bag of sauce and dumping it a pot. But i tip anyway and i tip well, so please less attitude and a thank you once and a while, it...
Read moreHad to place my order over the phone because the website was having issues. The young man who helped was super nice, very professional. I was impressed. So when we arrived to pick up our pizza, I was surprised at the complete 180 for customer service. There were three employees sitting out back, assuming they were on a break. No problem, breaks are important. We rolled up to the pickup window, and proceeded to sit there for almost 5 minutes while people walked by without acknowledging our presence. When someone finally came to the window, there was no apology for the wait (5 minutes is not long, but when you're not even acknowledged it seems longer). We'd requested plated with our order, but we still had to request them at the window. Awful...
