Culver’s — Restaurant in Bertrand Township

I went through the drive through, customer at the intercom was so nice along with person at the window. However the girl that brought out our food was so rude. Food was missing from our bag. Luckily I was able to back up to the window and no one came to see what I needed. (5 kids stand around in that area laughing) I knocked on the window. A sweet young g girl from across the kitchen came to see what I needed. I told her we were missing our fries. A young boy went to get them. He apologized and handed me a small COLD fry when I ordered a large. When I brought it to his attention again he said they were out and I would have to wait for new ones. By this time I’m so over it!!! I said never mind everything else will be cold when those are done. Once I opened everything else it was just as I said COLD. And our milkshake was just that- like milk. There was no icecream in it at all. My husband and I were looking forward to our meal and got nothing but disappointment. Well it is a ongoing issue. I was there with free medium value meals from the last time I attempted to eat there approximately 3 months ago. I was given the free meals after I took my meals home and the orders was messed up wrong sandwich on one order both sandwiches were cold and salt on both fries receipt was correct was just made wrong.. I went back there 1/20/2023 The young lady that took my order was very polite and did here job well. I placed my order inside and waited about 15 min for my meal to come up.. while I was there people were complaining about there meals one young lady's meat on a butter burger was raw.. I also saw a couple that waited 12 min for a sandwich. I looked quickly in my bag making sure that my cup of cheese was in there and it was. Well to my surprise the bag had two orders of fries instead one Fry and one cheese curds and both fries had salt .. It stated no salt on receipt. The sandwiches were both cold ... I have been to many Culver's in many locations and have never had a problem except in my own home town... So...

Where to start.... I waited 30 minutes for my order, the whole time I was waiting the manager was verbally assaulting the young counter workers. Not the typical speed up fast food ect. But I mean ripping them apart. I thought the manager was going to make this young man cry for switching duties with another worker, he kept trying to tell her another manager had told him to do so but the woman just wouldn’t let him speak, continuously shrieking at him. I was about to climb across the counter and shut her up when my order FINALLY came out. I leave the store and drive home to find I had ordered 4 double burgers but only gotten 3 doubles and a single. 2 of my doubles were charred nearly inedible and one was bloody raw, as was the single. Drove back to the store only to wait 15 more minutes and they would only replace the raw burgers and no compensation for the mess up. I left their and went across the street to Wendy’s for...
