This has been only my 2nd time here. The 1st time don't remember it was this bad. Ordered a whopper today. And it took along time just for one hamburger to make. People comments are correct about wait times. They had one guy in back making food. Not good. I watched him make my burger I ordered extra everything and paid extra for it. When I got the burger it was as expected not extra everything as I watched him make my burger. I open it up right in front of the order taker, it was all mayo, no lettuce, 2 tomatoes, no ketchup, and 2 rings of onion. I said this is not extra everything. She threw it out with an attitude, and said I'll make one for you. I figured it would have been perfect. Got to my seat and opened it up and it was disgusting. I was so hungry I ate it anyways. But just have to comment, same thing, no lettuce, no ketchup, it did have 3 tomatoes and more pickles, . Then the Mayo was ridiculous it was oozing out of the bun all over my hands like an inch of mayo, It was terrible with taste. The Mayo drowned out all the other flavors. I will never go back, and I'm a fan of burger king whoppers, southbend gets it right all the time, I'll always order a heavy all whopper and they load the lettuce, ketchup, tomatoes, about 3-4 slices, 4 pickles, and 4 rings of onion. It's always big and juicy. Never had an issue with the south bend location on their heavy all burgers. This Niles location is for sure something wrong, they need to train the employees on the ingredients properly. And when someone orders and pays for it, heavy all. Your store did it twice and still got it wrong. And lost a customer over it. I'll just get my food from the south bend location. Never go back to Niles that's for sure. Very sad you can't make a burger right.
PS, attention Niles Burger King! See photo! Just got this burger from south bend yesterday. It was perfect as always! Thick and juicy, Always the right amount of ingredients. South bend on western Ave if anyone...
Read moreWorst experience I've ever had at a BK. It took about 10 minutes, three attempts, two employees, and zero apologies to place a pretty simple three-meal order. During one of the order attempts the manager(?) chewed out the server without turning off the microphone so we got to hear that. (Unless they were reprimanding me, it really wasn't clear.) The order was ready pretty quickly, which makes sense because it had all been sitting around for a while. The staff at the window were sullen, disorganized, and stingy, but they did eventually manage to get everything in the bag, except ketchup or napkins. The meals were cold and the fries were so dried out I didn't bother eating most of them. The coffee was cold--in fairness they had warned us about this but hadn't offered to make new coffee. The soda was warm--also in fairness, they had posted a sign saying there wasn't any ice, which is fine with me because I usually order my drinks without, but they didn't mention that the soda also wasn't refrigerated. We'd placed an order for heavy mayo on two of the burgers, but they weren't marked and I'm not sure any of them actually had that. I really enjoy a good old whopper but I don't eat them often. When I treat myself, I don't expect perfection, but I do expect some basic standards of customer service, and food that's edible. I didn't get either of those things. If you're looking for a Burger King, do yourself a favor and drive to the one down the road. You'll have a much more pleasant and...
Read moreI went to the Niles, MI store today around 730 pm. They we're super busy. I had a coupon and honestly think the way I ordered it probably didn't make sense. When I got up to the window, a young woman had to redo the order with the coupon and was showing the young man who took the order what to do. During this time, my six year old son and I had gotten into an intense conversation about Coca-Cola and how you can call it coke, but coca sounds like cocoa, etc. I can only imagine the faces I was making during our exchange. As they were so busy I wanted to keep an eye out for the food, so never turned away from the window. Suddenly with all seriousness the young man walks over and opens the window and asks me if I am alright.... I looked at him blankly and he told me that I just had been looking at them oddly and he wanted to make sure I was ok. I'm 100% sure that he was sincere. I told him I was fine, thank you, and laughed. He took a quick look around and smiled back (while studying my face for hidden cue's that all was not well) and told me to have a good night. I wanted to thank him for looking out for a woman and child alone, for seeing something weird and not being afraid to step up and make sure! I wish I could have caught his name but they were super busy and I certainly didn't want to be all squinty and making more weird faces while trying to read a name tag. Thanks again, you represent the...
