The crew that worked the morning of April 30, 2025 was amazing! If corporate looks at these reviews, they should reward that group in someway. I placed an online order in the app, and it was glitching after I tried to adjust my pick up time. With smiles on their faces and kindness in their voices, the people there placed my full order by writing on every cup instead of making me wait for the order to come through at the previous time stated on the app. I ordered several drinks for my coworkers and each drink order was a little different as well as the food. There were no mistakes with any of the orders, and everything tasted great. While I was in there waiting for the order to be completed it was amazing watching what a well oiled machine this Dunkin was; from the drive-through line to the customers walking into the business… it was impressive how efficient this crew operated. Today at 2pm, no donuts. When I asked if there were any donuts the staff person just pointed at empty shelves and said “that’s what I have”. So I asked to purchase munchkins. She asked a worker to get a box ready for me and the employee responded with a sentence complaining about the work and cursed. The response to that by the first employee was just “I guess I could ask someone else.” The munchkins were all stuck together in a big clump. This is not the first bad experience I’ve had at this location. Every time I’ve gone there in the past year it was a bad experience, mostly because of the unprofessional service. I’m very surprised by all the 5 star reviews but notice they are usually talking about the coffee only. I have noticed that when customers come in that employees know they are well treated. Absolutely love this Dunkin location as they have never messed up any order of mine, everything is always made as requested, fast and friendly service. I usually go through thr drive thru however I can see the store inside, and it's always clean, I have never seen it dirty or any spills on the counters/floors, trash isn't over flowing. This is a really good location. The ONLY thing I would change about this location is of you use the drive thru, you have to make a real sharp turn of the wheel to exit into the main road because of a curb right in front of the drive thru window.
