Culver’s — Restaurant in Berwyn

I came here on Sunday July 21, 2024 around 3:30pm. The gentleman at the speaker who took my order was very nice. But when I pulled to the window a young lady was so rude for no reason. As I asked for my receipt politely she spilled my drink and she just took her anger out on me. I was so upset because I was excited to enjoy my meal. Then she yelled at me to pull to the “the houses”! I was very upset and told okay and then she threat me and said “what did you say!?”. I pulled to wait for my meal and of course she came to give me my meal and started with her attitude. I asked her why did she give me a terrible attitude for no reason. She said it wasn’t towards me but it was because of the drink she spilled. Again wasn’t my fault and didn’t need to feel unsafe to get a meal at this location. I genuinely felt uneasy getting a meal I paid $15 for. This location is terrible. The food was fresh but the customer service is so bad. The reason why I come to Culver’s to spend more money is for the food of course but also for the customer service. This Culver’s has gone downhill. I will never come back to this location due to this experience. Do better...

Hey there! I thought I’d share my experience since I don’t think I’ve ever experienced this anywhere else!

I came in after a long day at work and ordered food for my family of five. I had gotten a call from one of my kids at home as my order was called so I was trying to do two things at once; grab the food, and see what the kiddo wanted.. as I was walking out one of my bags and two of my drinks fell and one of the workers was quick to the rescue! She helped me clean up to avoid upsetting any incoming customers and offered to replace the food for free!! I could not believe it! It was technically my fault but without hesitation she took accountability and had me out in minutes! I could not be more thankful! It was already such a long day!

For anyone questioning this location, go there and try it for yourself first! There’s a great group of staff in there ready to welcome you and help you! As if this wasn’t already our main location, we make sure to come visit and say hello as often as we can even for their custard assortments!

I went early Sunday morning and ordered a triple sourdough melt. I get home and find what supposed to be a triple looks like a double with not even a half a patty as a third patty. I called up the restaurant and no one answered then I called again and finally got someone. I explained my situation and the young man apologized and put me on hold. I ended up speaking with the gentleman who made my order and he was adamant that my order was made correctly. He explained that because it's a smash burger that the patties are thinner. While I understand that smash burgers patties are indeed thinner the so-called third Patty looked like a piece of discarded beef that was fried up and added to my order as a Patty. He offered For me to return to the restaurant so he could remake my order. I declined because if my order was made right the first time I wouldn't have to go through the ordeal of going back to the restaurant.
