RE:Update:No Crispy Wings!

I've been frequenting this Berwyn Taco Bell on Ogden Ave. plan on going before the Eagles/Chiefs SB... 1st of all, it seems because of Christmas, their normal business hours during that time changed - so some IDIOT decided to smear and break a window next to the drive- up! REAL CLASSY... I've NEVER had any issues here AND been a return customer at least every other weekend... I REALLY like the helpful AND friendly staff, as I ALWAYS feel welcome... The managers are great !! They prepare the food to how I like it AND the service is with a smile... LOVE their breakfast's, but also tacos(reg+supreme), roll ups, quesadillas, burritos, Mexican pizza & their bacon crunch wraps too !! Usually I get steak, ground beef, & chicken! TASTY! Tried the Cinnabun Iced Coffee which was tasty as promised... And those Cinnabun Treats are the BOMB ! They're the perfect treat! (addictive) Their parking lot & building are kept clean inside and out, so I updated my review and gave them a 5 star rating... I did mention that the outdoor waste can was full just past the drive- up window since they are busy late wknd nites I think... Maybe have two there side by side?? Will always be back as it's my FAVORITE Taco Bell... Thanks to managers & staff there... Paul Re-UPDate: Sat 11, 2023 got there and couldn't believe it NO CRISPY CHICKEN WINGS !!? Already?!! (hardly anyone knew about they're new Crispy Chicken Wings AND everyone who tried them agreed they were the BEST WINGS EVER!!!) Hope corporate does finally pay attention to us the mere CONSUMERS & CUSTOMERS ! (packaging kept em crispy) Bring back the CRISPY...

3/24/21 So order the 12 party pack and the crew seemed to be in a rush. And did not ask what sauce we wanted. For a second we thought we told the order taker. But no, because no one is eating twelve tacos with nothing but diablo sauce. No mild, no hot just diablo sauce which we did not ask for. 6/1/2020 I ordered 12 tacos, in the drive thru and a nacho bell-grande. Three hard shell the rest soft shell. Got three soft shell and 9 hard shell tacos, this place has a problem with instructions.

6/2017 Well of course with 12 soft cheap tacos that was an easy fix and tasted good. The Baha Blast Freeze was excellent But where this location went wrong is with the Naked Chicken Chalupa as I ordered one without Sour Cream, the employee was QUICK to correct me and tell me there was NO sour cream! Ah, yeah so when I got home and looked at the Chalupa there was sour cream so I could not even eat it. I hate when employees in fast food are so quick to correct you and then screw up your order with the exact thing you were being corrected for. It is like the meal was made by one of my exs everything was correct but the centerpiece/main thing I wanted and it was screwed up on purpose... just to spite me.

6/2025 So I ordered the loaded beef nachos with no nacho cheese, no sour cream and no guacamole they got that right. However they forgot the red sauce. I also had the chicken nuggets with mikes honey sauce with 2 hot sauce packets and only got one Bell Sauce Dipping...

If I could give this 0 stars I would. It dosent matter what staff is switched out I've been here day and night because i work nearby the staff is always super rude and take FOREVER to give you your food and when they finally do, if you made any changes to it it's wrong. They will just make the base item as it is on the menu with no care. I've brought up problems to this staff on multiple occasions and they always refuse to re-make the food or give a refund or offer ANY sort of help for what they did wrong. Almost 100% of the time the staff is just ignoring customers and messing around in the kitchen or just on their phones instead of making your food as to why it takes so long. If an actual taco bell representative came into thus restaurant without letting staff know ahead of time then the staff would easily be fired, or retrained. This place is an...
