I went to get a gyro. After waiting for 20 minutes for my food, I heard another employee questioning the cook (see picture) about my food. I looked up and noticed the pita he was going to give me had grit all over it from when he was cleaning the grill. I asked the lady at the register for a new pita. She acknowledged my request and even noticed the grit on the pita and threw it away.
Basically, this cook refused to cook my food and told the lady to give back my money. I told him, I didn’t ask for my money. Ultimately, another lady came from the back who was doing paperwork and cooked my food. The lady said the cook was having a bad day and apologized for the cook’s behavior. Regardless, he clearly didn’t want to cook my food from the moment I walked nt b/c it shouldn’t have taken 20 minutes to even put my pita on the grill when I was the only customer in the restaurant when I arrived. Thankfully, the ladies were really nice and cooked my food! This cook doesn’t deserve to be working and representing your company.

When I arrived at 6:50 to pick-up my order, the employees at the Submarine said my order had already been picked up. I was confused and I said that that was impossible as I did not do an order for delivery. I did it for pick-up. I gave them the order number and I showed that it was for pick-up not for delivery. All the employee could do was tell me his story about how someone picked up my order. The Submarine Employee said “I asked him if the order was for Ariana.” I told him “well how did you think he knew the order was for Ariana and that it was paid for already, you gave him my information.” Instead of asking probing questions, he gave my information away so it was easy for him to get scammed. I’m shocked someone could easily be fooled to give away food like that and then not even be sympathetic to the customer. Instead of trying to resolve the issue this employee wanted me to call the person who picked up my order. Please note I did not receive a reimbursement for this order. This time I ordered two $16.99 one pound shrimp and fries dinners and when I got home was surprised and upset about the small amount of fries that came with both orders. A McDonald's large fries seemed bigger. Too hungry to take back and show I called and was super annoyed and angry by the woman who answered the call. Her lack of care and not offering some form of satisfaction was very upsetting. If the $17 dollar shrimp and fry dinners are going to be that way, and the people who answer the complaints that uncaring I will certainly think twice about buying anything from here again.
