I've worked with Jose at this location for the past two days. I have been a customer of Cricket for almost 10 years and this is the very best service.

I purchased a new phone on line had a problem with a ported number that I was adding to my account. Working with him was great. He fixed a problem that calling in to customer service and Chat could not fix. In addition, he saved me money.

I highly recommend this location for all of your cell phone needs in addition to any problems you may have with...

Dave the owner helped me tonight along side his store manager! Both were great to us. Got me what i was looking for without any hassel. He is amazing person who helped me tonight. I'd say he goes above and beyond for his store and customers. I will be sending all my people to him. He took care of us. Thanks so much. Nice to find someone who didn't treat us like Metro PCS did.
