VIBE INN - WHIRLPOOL SUITES — Hotel in Riverside Township

I’ve contemplated putting this review just because the very nice girl who checked me in was a delight . This is on my experience in the morning . AND HOW WE ENDED UP AT A HOSPITAL EMERGENCY ROOM DUE TO THEIR NEGLIGENCE.

1. Power goes out (I am in the shower )
2. My boyfriend (in jacuzzi) stands up and slips , comes to check on me in the bathroom. Since he is drenched he grabs my towel to dry off
3. Now I have no towel I call front desk too see if everything was okay they said “Que conveniente “ like excuse me ? Mind you I’m not being rude at all .
4. THEY KNOCK ASK FOR TOWELS AND START CLEANING BEFORE SCHEDULED CHECK OUT I’m pleading w her like ummm we can vacuum for you (she is an older lady) because we are yet to get dressed . And in distress over the light issue , my boyfriend is in pain ! Like not the right time hun !
5. I go check out she comes back POINTING at me like if I’m any lesser human than she is and starts YELLING “that room was booked already the carpet is wet downstairs is wet you’ve ruined 3 rooms” I’m like ummm Disculpe , turn your tone down . She walks away and gets her manager. Who then comes and says the same thing but in a calmer tone. I explained how and what happened . The lights going off my boyfriend slipping causing a splash him trying to make sure I’m okay …….. etc The rudeness of coming to clean before checkout I need a whole refund .
6. We leave with no resolution because my boyfriend wanted to go to the ER and make sure he is okay.

The picture (which I can’t upload here, if anyone can help me with that I also have video) is the cord to the vacuum, yes she did plug it in the bathroom where I am naked and doing my makeup ! Bathroom door cracked open you can see the main door is also open the sunlight is there. Like what’s going on is there no privacy .

Completely uncalled for I’ve never been so disrespected in my life … have in mind every cause has an effect . We are not responsible for the power going out and doing what humans normal...

Clean place. Plenty space. Respectful staff. Even though I shared the room with my friend we were still able to maneuver around without getting on each other's nerves.😂😂 My sleep, that was the best part. 2 beds in one room, soon as I seen the extra bed I made plans in my mind on how much I was going to enjoy this good night's sleep. SERIOUSLY, I'm not joking. I'm a mom so my own space gets occupied or taken over by Mini Me's, plus I don't get out often so whenever I do get the chance to have some space JUST FOR ME I take it. I didn't have to share it, I didn't have to feel bad after I said no, it was beautiful. I woke up with a smile like a kid...

I've been to this place several times and never had a problem before the girl who was at the front desk today though however was simply rude and I will never go again after that because of her not only did they tell us that there wasn't any rooms which is not a problem but when we were standing there waiting for our Uber the lady rudely told us that we cannot wait for our Uber here and that we had to leave because there was no rooms available so that means we could not stay there and wait for our Uber I usually like going there I will never go there again after this they will never take my...
