They are the worst, 3 times in a row they messed up on a birthday cake order. The manager apologized, big deal, fix your problem. This most recent time I was hosting a birthday party, I placed the order 3 days prior, I arrive on time to pick up the order, first I'm told that I was at the wrong store, then when I showed them the email with the store address, then I was told they never received the order. I had to wait for almost a half hour and never got the cakes I ordered, and I still had to pay. Great customer service. Your company had 3 chances and you blew...

This place makes the worst cappuccino blasts!! Hands down, every single time i get it its dark and doesnt taste good. smfh. Just make this place a dunkin donut , not a baskin robbin. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON IT. Ive had better blasts in the middle of nowhere in the country , literally....
