Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Bethalto

I am extremely disappointed! My medium pepperoni deep dish began prepping at 6:00 and I didn’t get it until close to 7:15! I asked for double pepperoni which I didn’t get. Extra sauce which I didn’t receive and the pizza was apparently rushed through the oven because the crust wasn’t buttery, or crisp as described. The crust was soft. I had to place it in my oven at home on 325 for 15 more minutes before we could even serve it! To top it off, I get a notification on the tracker saying “Our sincerest pizza apologies for missing our guaranty. Check your email for a free pizza on your next visit”. 8 hours later, still no email. My husband even called the store from home while I was there waiting to express his dissatisfaction. Nothing offered to him. Furthermore, when the employee brought out my “contactless delivery”, he tries handing it to me saying “there you go” instead of placing it in the backseat like I had instructed in the app. When he did and shut the door he said “have a good one”. Well, how about an apology for a 75 minute undercooked, incorrect medium pizza? Or maybe apologizing for my wait and giving me the pizza set to dominos quality standards and the toppings the way I paid for them? Then maybe when I got home, I would have had a “good one”. The last four times we have ordered we have had issues 3 out of 4 times. Two times I had to walk to the neighbors house to pick up my order because the couldn’t figure our how to get to our house (directions along with signs were given at the time of ordering). Currently, I ordered a medium pizza going on 3…yes 3 hours ago. It’s been in “quality check” for an hour and a half. I’ve been on the phone for 30 minutes on hold waiting for ANYONE to answer my call. You can’t leave a review until the order is delivered (which it currently says waiting on driver to pick up and 52-62 minutes. You can’t cancel the order because no one picking up the phone. I completely understand everyone is short on help—but pick up...

This Domino's says that if you order extra on a item that they take away from the other items because they weigh the pizza and not the items...example...you order a meat pizza with extra onions and mushrooms they take away from the meat(less meat than normal) and yet I was told if normal amount is 3oz they give you 1-2oz of meat and 4oz of the extra...so do the math...you pay for a pizza with normal meat and extra veggies and you end up with a pizza with hardly any meat and ½ of the extra but still pay the same amount...if I'm paying for extra...put on EXTRA don't take away from the other.
