5 Stars We’ve been coming to this spot since it was Blue Scoops and always loved it—but our recent visit to the newly reopened Hometown Creamery was just as delightful, if not more! The new owners have kept the charm alive while bringing their own warm, friendly energy to the place. They were so welcoming and genuinely excited to chat with customers, which made the experience feel extra special. And the ice cream? Still absolutely delicious! We’re so happy to have this little gem near our vacation house and will definitely keep coming back for more sweet treats. Highly recommend supporting this...

Service was good, maybe there’s a concern for cross contamination of flavors/ingredients though. Noticed a lot of cartons of ice cream had remnants that fell off the scoop spoons into other ice cream flavors. I don’t have food allergies so it’s not something that’s on my mind for myself. Was nice that we could try different flavors though the ice creams aren’t labeled on the glass so you may need to keep asking the associate which flavors are which. Just okay ice cream, we’ll keep going to the usual ice cream spots like Island Creamery...
