Starbucks — Restaurant in Delaware

I am a Starbucks addict and I love my maciatto latte I get almost every morning from salisbury. 3 times now I went in to this one and she had no clue how to make my drink so order another. I went to pay and she could not get how to let me use my starbucks app to pay. Omg. I had no cash so no coffee. 3 weeks later different person, guess what no clue on making latte maciatto ok I'm mad now but order another drink. I had cash this time and wanted to put it on my Mobil pay, again no clue so I lost out on stars for 4 drinks. This sat back at this starbucks (no other near by) this guy made my drink he said, nope, not even close I think he overdosed me with caramel. So in 2 month time I was on vacation in oc and went here and and everytime horrible. Even slow service. To understand my starbucks addiction I even have your verisemo coffee maker but I still love getting it every time I go to my beach house. This is only one near my house in oc. So watch out! They close before their published hours. It seems to be based on which employees are there. Some are totally ok with serving you near closing or even just after if you were in line. Others close early 5 to 15 minutes ahead. Frustrating when you just make it there due to summer traffic and then find they are closed. Other than this problem, the food and drinks are excellent, and the SB app now lets you mobile order for these grocery store locations. Update: I have no further early closing experiences, so...

We came to Starbucks and had to wait in line for 25 minutes — and there were only 5 people ahead of us. There were three employees working, but none of them seemed interested in doing their job or even moving — except for the barista, Dream.

Jenny took our order, and it took her 7 minutes, during which she still managed to make multiple mistakes. In the end, I didn’t even get the right coffee.
