HonduMex Restaurant — Restaurant in Bethany

Just wasted 25mins of my 30minute lunch break to walk out with no food. You would think they would pay more attention to me because this is the 3rd time in one week I have come to support their business. My very first try was Saturday. I also have sent 4 other customers here, who actually came and ordered food from here all based on my referral, since then!! I see customers daily who live in this area. I will not be referring anyone else. I am sadly disappointed and will not be back.

Working in the area I would have come every day to support. I pass the restaurant twice a day, 6days a week, to & from work. I am sadly disappointed in the lack of service I did not receive.

I should have gone to church’s chicken At least I would have gotten to actually EAT instead I just wasted my entire lunch watching her work, while ignoring me, the customer, for half an hour after I already put in an order!!!

I spent my lunch today being ignored while one worker talked to the vendor & Two other staff members sat at the tables talking & I heard the kitchen finish my food 8mins before I decided to walk out.

25mins TOTAL & received no food or attention as I slowly walked out and no one coming to the door to check the customers needs as I sat in my car for 9minutes to watch if they would even try👎🏼

Some of you Might have seen I had left a GREAT review Saturday which I have changed now to this because as someone who has worked in customer service for over 30yrs I am extremely disappointed because I thought I had found a good, much needed authentic place in the area

This is a family owned restaurant. The food (as an Hondureña) is so delicious, the beans are flavorful, the baleadas are perfect, the chuleta was good, the plátano was good. Also be warned, unless you have a BIG appetite, start out with one baleada. The service was great they’re kids help Them run food and they’re super sweet . Their aguas frescas were delicious.
