Not from the area and a group of friends and I wanted to order some pizza. I called and waited on hold for 7 minutes, hung up and called again. The girl politely said can you please hold, and I agreed. After about another 7 minutes on hold I decided I'm going to drive there. I drove about an additional 12 minutes to this location. I hung up the phone once arrived and called again before walking in. I advised I had been on hold for 20 minutes. She says sorry we're really busy, and I certainly don't need to go into customer service aspect of things. I told her well I'm here now, I'll just come in and order. You wouldn't believed what I seen. One person! Not anything being cooked. All prep tables perfectly cleaned. There has not been any pizza cooked for a long time as the phone goes nuts. Every call gets put on hold. Finding myself thinking about the person on the other end. You'll never get your pizza. I came all this way, I'm ordering. I put my order in and at this point I'm expecting my pizza to be free. Nope spent 30+ dollars on my order. I ask are you by yourself, she replies yes. This young girl is running a pizza shop @ 12am by herself? The pizza shop now smells like...
Read moreI ordered pizza from here and the woman took my order like they are supposed to. Quick and easy. So I thought. Ten minutes later they called to confirm the numbers on my street. Apparently they didn't catch my address. So I told them the address and they hung up on me. I thought wow that was rude but I let it slide because I was looking forward to the food. Not three minutes later did the delivery driver call and ask where I was located I gave him the city (MT Lebanon - mind you 4.3 miles up 19 about 12-13 minutes away - perfectly responsible because i have worked and owned pizza shops.) and he told me they do not deliver there. I thought wow that's interesting and he said he would void my order. So i asked (maybe considering picking it up myself), "Did you already make the food?" he said "No". "OK" i said, and hung up on them.
The point is that fifteen minutes went by and they still had not started making my order. I was very surprised. Needless to say I tried to order but will never order from Mm! Mm! Pizza ever again, since they were unwilling to accept a new customer just minutes away from their Bethel Park location. Too...
Read moreWe’ve been ordering from this location since we moved to South Park 2 years ago. The food has always been great so we decided to order from them for my daughters birthday party. I called a few days in advance to see what kind of notice they would need seeing as we’re going to place a large order (15+ large pizzas.) The girl that I spoke with when I called was great. She told me to just call a few hours in advance. When my wife called the morning of the party (4 hours ahead of time) the guy was rude and ignorant. He kept placing her on hold and sighing like he was being burdened by our business. Then he tells us they don’t deliver to South Park which is funny because we live in South Park and order from them a few times a month. Needless to say we found somewhere else who appreciates the business to accommodate our order and we won’t be back. Such a shame that a place with excellent food is dragged down by absolutely horrible...
