RUDE AND FILTHY

Came in at 3:00pm on November 12th, 2025. Was met with a rude dismissive employee. No eye contact, no smile, and sounded annoyed with every question I was asked about what toppings etc. pissed me off but whatever, people have bad days. I let it go.

Until he shortly asked me what dressing I wanted. I tell him. He picks up the mayo and drops it on the floor. HE THEN PICKS IT UP ANS CONTINUES TO OUT IT ON MY SANDWHICH.

I say, “you just dropped that on the floor…”

He says “it was just the outside of the bottle”

I say I’m canceling my order and to have a great day.

His last words “thanks…just made my lunch.”

I’ve given up on eating out officially. Will never come back.

It's not that I disliked the place, but. At first I thought it was just me in that the sandwich wasnt very good until my husband said he didn't care for his either. Asked for a spicy Italian and we were just given a regular Italian per my husband. Mine was alright, not enough mayo after I started eating it.. idk, it just wasn't great, bland kind of. Not enough salt and pepper. Sandwhiches just seemed less quality than normal, and usually hits the spot. However, the cookies were soft and divine, best part of the trip! Wish I would have bought 20 dollars in cookies instead of...

They are not true to there word. A very good friend of mine was told that her next order was on them being that a couple weeks ago she ordered sandwiches for 4 of us on line pickup and every sandwich was made wrong well yesterday she went in for the replacements and was told the manager/owner said he never talked to any lady about it.this was a slome move on his part.He only cared about the sale not the customer and making it right. It will be a bold day in hell if I or we ever support that shop or the one across from Peter's Baptist church being they are owned...
