I like that everything can be done online now.--order and pay online is a major plus imo. Subs were very tasty. Delivery was quick and driver was polite and professional. My only complaint is to kitchen staff/sub maker. I ordered 2 subs online...A chicken parm b/c it is plain. Also ordered hot sausage sub. After your selection online, Red Onion has options to check if you do not want something...I checked the green peppers--says check box if you DO Not Want...well, you guessed it my sub had green peppers. Please take the time to read the orders carefully. Had I ordered an Italian Sub and said No Mayo and it came with Mayo--I would not be able to eat it. As a first time online orderer with Red Onion, I went safe in case of a mistake. The Chicken Parm, again, b/c it is plain. I picked my green peppers off but...it was very annoying to do so as they were stuck on the cheese which was stuck to the top of the bread. I enjoy onions & cheese but not green peppers. Even though I picked 98% off (What I could) I still got little pieces of it/taste. I hate green peppers smell & taste. So, it is important to take the time to read an online order. I would like to try other online orders/subs but not sure I will risk something that comes with mayo on it. Fries and...

Been a Red Onion customer for 20 years. I placed a pickup order today and was told it was an hour wait. No problem. Went to pick the order up and the cashier told me it was out for delivery to an address that was not mine. She called the delivery driver and I waited for him to return with my order. The cashier handed me my food and said sorry about the mixup. I said I still need to pay. We went to the register so I could pay and I asked for a discount on my cold food that road around South Park for 30 minutes. She said she had to get her manager. The manager would not come out from behind the kitchen but was talking very loudly and rudely asking the cashier whose fault it was, saying I had to come back in the morning to talk to "Paul," that it sounds like a miscommunication, and that they don't give discounts. I left without my food because I refuse to pay for cold food after being treated poorly by staff without consideration from the manager who hid behind the kitchen. Maybe I should have taken the food and left when the cashier handed it to me but I was trying to be an honest person. Very...

Good food but extremely slow the last 2 times I carried out. The 1st time was understandable as it was very busy and hectic.

This last time they told me the food would be ready in 20 minutes and I ended up waiting at the restaurant an additional 20 minutes so the food took 40 minutes total. This was only for 2 hoagies and chicken tenders so it's not like it was a large order. They also weren't busy as I saw maybe 3 or 4 other customers total. I was the only customer in there for about the last 10 minutes and during that time I could hear the employees in the kitchen joking, laughing and singing Last Resort by Papa Roach. If I hadn't have paid already, I would've walked out and grabbed some food somewhere else. When my food came, the woman offered me a free 2 litre drink for the wait which I didn't really care for but took anyway.

Not sure what's changed as I used to order from here quite frequently but lately it's been more of a hassle...
