Dunkin' — Restaurant in Bethlehem Township

Update January 2023: Overall trend seems to be continued improvements in levels of friendliness by staff. Most orders in the last 6 months have been accurate. Today's had 1 error, but staff were quick to fix it without delay. One of the best Dunkin' restaurants in the area. Update September 2018: Frequent errors still occur on orders (4 stars changed to 3 because this is extremely frequent). Check your bag before leaving the counter. Majority of staff still friendly, though not all knowledgeable to fix errors. Consistent (good, tasty) food. Expanded offerings with breakfast and some lunch sandwiches. Service is hit and miss. Ordering ahead with the Dunkin' app is very helpful and recommended for the speed, avoidance of lines, and frequent coupon deals, but sometimes the person in charge of donuts forgets to complete the donut part of the order. Areas for improvement: Disappointed that some donuts have been discontinued. Have a better process to handle donut orders through the app for different varieties (if the donut you want isn't listed, you have to wait in the pickup line to get it changed). This place is right by my kids school and what can be more convenient than a Dunkin by somewhere you have to go every day? Except for when that place absolutely and utterly refuses to prepare food to customers request.

Twice I have ordered food from the drive-through that involved bacon, twice I have gone back in there to return the food for this bacon not actually being prepared. I get it it’s microwavable bacon… But they still need to put it in the bleeding microwave. Today after going through the drive-through I once again asked that they cook my bacon for two extra minutes… I got white slimy string rubbery and most importantly cold bacon. And this is pretty much par for the course for any food that you order from them

I am so done with this place… Yes they can turn your order around in lightning speed congratulations for being quick however I would’ve been happy waiting 2 to 3 extra minutes to make sure that the order is done right every time. I will not be coming back to this place the way they treat the food is...

I would give zero stars if that were an option. I drove through early this morning for a box of joe for a staff meeting. When I ordered,the young girl at the drive thru started laughing as if she were annoyed at me for ordering that. After she told me to pull around to the window I heard her say “DAMNIT” I guess I was asking too much. I informed her I had heard her cursing about my order and she continued to laugh in my face and started to give me a bogus reason why she was upset. I cut her off and explained I don’t need a reason and that myself and my co workers frequently visit that location and I didn’t appreciate her attitude.Our staff meeting was about professionalism so I had shared my story with my staff and they were appalled. Our business is right down the street and none of us will be returning to this location. I will also make sure to direct our customers to a different location or the WaWa right...
