Summary: It’s a fun activity in a dingy space that’s poorly managed and overpriced.
This place gets two stars because my daughter had a blast participating in the “Little Leapers” program which provides a time for only kids walking age to 5 years old to jump. However, any space with a trampoline will work for this so it’s not enough to make up for other aspects of our experience.
SkyZone’s pricing scheme is designed to push the membership above all else and the front desk staff is also (I assume) required to do the same every time you check in.
Little Leapers is reasonably priced for what it is. Outside of this program jumps are prohibitively expensive. Also, SkyZone is missing an opportunity by only offering time for the kids to jump & not creating any time for parents to join them.
The “floor managers” need to be better trained. They should know the rules before they start a shift for starters. The website asks parents to let them know about safety concerns and to help them keep the equipment clean and sanitary. Kids are still learning how to do this and toddlers are notorious for leaving a trace so it makes sense to ask parents to let them know if they come across dirty equipment. However my experience when I did this was pretty negative. I picked up a dodge ball & it was covered in… slobber? I don’t know, it was wet & gross. When I let the “floor manager” know about it he looked completely clueless but he held out his hands so I handed it to him via the non slobbery part, & I went to sanitize my hands. This would have been fine except 10 minutes later he and the other “floor manager” came over to tell all the parents in that part of the park that we couldn’t be there in that section with our kids. Turns out they were incorrect, confirmed by other staff on site at the time, so it felt weirdly retaliatory. I get that cleaning up after other people is likely the worst part of your job and I feel bad about that for you but at the end of the day it is part of your job.
I could go on but those were my main issues so will leave it there. I might check out other SkyZone locations in future & would absolutely try other trampoline parks under...
Read moreThis is my first time coming to Sky Zone Easton. Previously, it had been FreeFall Trampoline Park, which we really liked. It’s a quiet Wednesday afternoon during May and not crowded at all; my 11 year old and her friend have so much room to jump! We signed waivers before coming, arrived, did not have to stand in line, and got right in for some open jump time. The staff or manager at the front desk was very pleasant. The facility and bathrooms are both clean and smell nicely. The rules and ages for each area are clearly posted all around. The music is on the louder end of things, but certainly not deafening, as some places have it. You can easily carry on a conversation, if desired. The prices seem consistent with most trampoline parks we’ve been to- certainly not a steal, but not absurd. Overall, we have no complaints! I gave the park 4 out of 5 stars, as, to me, 5 stars represents something above and beyond- truly exceptional (like fantastic prices or a very unique attraction that other trampoline parks don’t have). We...
Read moreI would give this place zero stars if possible. Now I know that the building was purchased from the previous vendor, but it would have been nice if they made some changes. The only thing added was more arcade machines. There is still freefall sign posts laid out. The place is exactly the same as under freefall which wouldn't be a problem until you see the new prices. It used to cost me around $30 for me and my 2 kids and that allowed me to jump too. Now it's $57 for just my kids, oh and my 3 year old can only stay in one corner but they still charge full rate. We came on a Saturday at 12 noon and it was empty!!! So much so that there was more staff here than jumpers. The price they charge is scandalous and while they try and upsell you on a monthly membership it works out to around $1000 for the year and that's just for the base plan! It used to be so much better as freefall and unless they make significant changes to their pricing I cannot see how...
