Awful experience here. Had a belated Christmas gathering with family members due to multiple households individually having Covid/Flu during the entire holiday season. Hosted at our home, and Napoli is less than 10 minutes away. Ordered our food and wasn’t given a delivery estimate (maybe I should have asked - Sunday night, so I didn’t expect an excessive wait time). Over an hour after placing the order we called to check on the status and were told the driver was out with the order for a while, but they’re backed up and if after 45 minutes the pizza hasn’t arrived to call back for a cancellation. Asked for them to just go ahead and cancel the order, as we didn’t expect to have a pizza delivery spanning in the 1hr 45 min mark, and were met with an extremely nasty response refusing to help us in any way. Weren’t overly concerned with the wait time, more so the food quality after such a long time out for delivery. Had we have been told the delivery was going to take that long, we would have just opted to leave our guests and grab the food ourselves. No big deal. Just shy of the hour and 45 minute time, our food arrived ice cold from a delivery driver that was so high he was almost nonfunctional. Listen, to each his own. But when the food is so cold and soggy that the box is soaked through and ripped, you can’t show up in that condition. The state of the pizza speaks for itself. 1 full veggie and a half veggie/half pepperoni pie completely inundated with wet, cold green peppers. picked up a slice and it was just mush. disgusting, wet, cold mush. Spoke to the owner who agreed the experience shouldn’t have been what it was. Sent her pictures and she agreed that what we got wasn’t what it should have been. She agreed to a refund of some sort (we didn’t ask for a full refund & informed her we did not want a credit, as we would not return) and have since been given the runaround and eventually ghosted. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for all of my adult life. It doesn’t take 3 weeks to make an issue right.

Honestly, one of best Italian restaurant hands down. I started off with following them on Instagram and I ended up ordering the twisted grandmas pie and wow. Truly just wow. Once you get it, you'll understand. Whenever I have an event to go to, I always grab one of these pies and THEY ARE A HIT. Then we decided to try other things on the menu like the sauteed broccoli & let me just say that I go at least twice a week for it. Lol. The penne ala vodka, chefs kiss. It may be too creamy for some but I loved it. Even the freaking garlic parm wings.....to die for. The best part? I go so much that they know me by my first name! The atmosphere and energy is always great and friendly. It's always so clean in there. Keep in mind that everyone's tastes buds are different and I feel like they have such a large yummy selection to choose from, especially those picky eaters. They do get large volumes of business, which goes to show how great they are. & When I pick my food up, it's always kept in a insulated heated fridge type of thing, so it's always hot. Highly recommend if you want some authentic Italian food or even a specialty pizza.

Napoli Pizza and Italian Cuisine is located on Willow Park Rd. In Bethlehem. It's open Tuesday through Thursday, 11:30 AM - 9:30 PM, Friday and Saturday, 11 AM - 10 PM, and Sunday, 12 PM - 8:30 PM. I saw a photo of the chicken parm garlic knot sandwich with vodka sauce online and had to try it. Unfortunately, it wasn't as amazing as it looks. There was no crisp to the knot, very thin cutlets, and barely any sauce. I ordered a side of vodka sauce, though, and that seriously saved it. The vodka sauce is superb! My friend got the honey BBQ boneless wings and the Chicken Italiano sandwich. Not my idea of a good pick, but she liked them. I still need to try the pizza, and I'm planning to give the garlic knot sandwich another shot, it has real potential to be excellent, not just okay. So I'll definitely be back.

The food is great and we have been getting pizza from Napoli for about 2 years now. The garlic knot pie with vodka sauce is amazing and my favorite pizza in the Lehigh valley! My only complaint is how ridiculous it is for a wait and how nothing has changed in the 2 years we’ve been getting takeout from here. The first time, we were told 45 minute wait and got there about 50 minutes after we called, and sat there for another 30 minutes waiting for our pizza. They gave us a free dessert to make up for it which was a nice gesture! Every time since, there have been about 2 times where the pizza has been ready upon our arrival, but we usually tack on an extra 10-15 minutes from the time given on the phone. The most recent order i had called at 5:34, and they told me 30 minute wait. With their history, I always add on an extra 10-15 minutes from the time they say (which i shouldn’t have to do, really, just say the actual wait time?). I was having company arrive at 7pm, had i followed the 30 minutes, the pizza would’ve been done by 6:05. I didn’t arrive until 6:21, and to no surprise, they tell me it’ll be a few more minutes. I finally get my pizza at 6:37, and now have to rush home, as i sat around waiting for 16 minutes and multiple people who came in after me got their food. They explained they were short 1-2 staff members, which i COMPLETELY understand! But then why say 30 minutes on the phone when you know it’s at least an hour wait? Again, i truly do love the food here and the couple who owns this seem like great people, but it is so frustrating when your time is constantly disrespected and you’re paying $30 for a pizza, it is ridiculous. Imagine if I had gotten there at the estimated time of 6:05… I truly hope they see this review and take from it that they should really start being realistic in their wait times because everyone’s time is valuable. I really don’t mind a longer wait, what i do mind is being told it will be ready in a certain amount of minutes and then being told it‘ll be a few more minutes upon arrival, then waiting an additional 20-30 minutes almost every single time. It’s disrespectful to paying customers time… if i don’t have to stand there waiting for the pizza for 30 minutes, id rather not. I would prefer to be told it’s going to be an hour or so until it is ready. If this didn’t happen almost every time we have ordered from them (about once a month or once every 2 months), I would have given a 5 star review, but I feel the constant let down of service is...

The “child” owner was extremely unprofessional and rude. Used profanity with a restaurant full of patrons dining. She made a complete fool of herself. I was told upon arrival that my order would ready in 5-10 minutes. 30 minutes later, I was still waiting, I politely asked if it would be ready soon as was told 2 more minutes. After another 10 minutes, she came over and told me it would be another 10-20 minutes. You can Imagine after 40 minutes, I was annoyed. When I said to her “are you serious?” She said “yes, but you can just leave, I’ll cancel the order if you don’t want to wait, since you are being impatient……IMPATIENT??! I waited 40 minutes for an order I was told would be 5-10 minutes!! I was EXTREMELY patient. The supposed “Owner” was unapologetic and loud, using profanity. It seems someone maybe “mommy and daddy” handed her this business that she is clearly incapable and way too immature to handle. I predict she will run it to the ground and it will be closed before too long! PLEASE READ RESPONSE BELOW FROM NAPOLI PIZZA BEFORE CONTINUING. The response to this post is laughable😂 The only bully in that place is you “little girl”. You’re in your 20’s and act as if you are a 14 year old spoiled brat! You have outright lied in your response. I was fine when I came in and the order wasn’t immediately ready. In fact, I had even told you that I was thinking of getting a cup o wedding soup while I waited. Upon reading all the other 1 star reviews, it clearly shows that the experience I had tonight in your establishment is a regular practice. I suggest anyone considering eating here or ordering from here read ALL of the ONE STAR reviews first! Whoever is allowing you to be any part of running that business will be sorry because you will...
