Chopstix Express — Restaurant in Bethlehem Township

Ordered from them this evening and was really impressed with how quickly they delivered. However, was not impressed with their service. After selecting one of the drink options from the menu, they delivered the wrong drink. When I called they said they didn't have the drink I chose. I told them that was the drink choice given to me by the man taking my order and they proceeded to tell me I was wrong.

After asking if they could switch it out, they said yes but that I would have to bring it into the store. I ordered delivery. When I asked them to bring the drink to me since THEY messed up MY order, they said no because it would end up costing them more money than it was worth. Like...what?

They DID say they'd reimburse me, so we'll see if that's going to happen. The gal was otherwise courteous.

If I didn't love chinese food I'd say it ruined the entire experience. The food is really good, but considering the customer service, I won't order from them again.

First time customers and unfortunately, last time as well. We ordered in store for take out. The initial bad smell of the place should have been our first red flag. We ordered steamed dumplings, 2 egg rolls, coconut chicken, a side of fried rice and pad Thai chicken. Our total order was $39.00, seemed like alot for what we got. Egg rolls were bland in flavor. Dipping sauce for dumplings, which is usually my favorite, did not taste like the usual ginger-soy sauce and was also a small amount. Coconut chicken was mostly breading and bland in flavor. I had asked them to hold the heat, 'slightly" on the pad Thai chicken but unfortunately there was NO heat and NO flavor. It was advertised to have snow peas, there was not a whole snow pea throughout the dish when you put all the little slivers together. I was looking forward to leftovers for lunch tomorrow but will now be making peanut butter and jelly sandwiches since the leftovers are now in the trash. $39 ended up being an extreme amount for this meal considering the...

DO NOT GO!!!!! I just picked up my husband General Taos chicken. I practically gagged when I walked in to get it. The amount of filth and dirt in this place is absolutely appalling. I saw into the kitchen when someone went into get my order and I don't think anyone has ever cleaned it. The white door on the kitchen had grime and filth on it and was dark gray from not cleaning it. Parts of their walls are missing and the paneling is falling down off other walls. Even the counter tops are sticky and dirty. By the time I got the food and left I couldn't believe these people are still in business.
