Worst breakfast I've ever had in my life today. It took 20 minutes to order drinks, another 20 min to order food. I wanted an omelette with extra veggies in it, instead they put the veggies on top of my homefries.... why??? The waitress seemed to be on drugs. Our toast was cold. She said she'd make us new toast, one of which came out burnt. We told her it was burnt and she didnt care to try and make some not burnt toast. My mom's home fries didn't come out at first and when she eventually brought them, they were inedible because of how much grease was coated on. My two year old was impatiently waiting for food and they brought her French toast out LAST. When we told our waitress how awful everything was, she said she'd take my omelette off the bill, but then she charged us extra for something we didn't even order. When we raised our concerns to the manager he corrected the bill, unempathetically said sorry, and did nothing to make up for the fact that everything sucked. All we wanted was a decent breakfast, didn't want anything for free, just wanted to pay for a decent breakfast out since its something we don't do often. I told the manager that we will never be back; he didn't care. Go to Palace or William's diner instead. This place is disgusting and so are...

What a horrible experience tonight. I was excited for my meal but was extremely let down. I ordered the 1/2 Chicken Special over filling w/ gravy, 2 sides, soup and bread/butter. Sounded nice a comforting on a cold evening. Here's what I got: 1/2 chicken, dehydrated beyond belief. over I am still not sure if that was the "filling" or if was the side of mash potatoes that I didn't get. The side of corn looked like it was reheated 15 times, uneatable... Never got any bread/butter. They charged me extra for the soup that was supposed to be included. When the waitress came back over I expressed that I was not happy with my meal. She left and came back and said "the owner that cooked this is not here" I said, you mean that guy over there isn't here (the owner). Not my first time here and I have watched the staff tiptoe around this guy every time I've been there. Then she went back over and sat with him in his booth. I was ready to leave...after about 5 mins of them talking back and forth and trying to adjust my check. It resulted in him personally ringing me out and he took a whole $5.00 off my bill. He was not apologetic, sympathetic nor seemed liked he cared at all. I paid him, tipped the waitress and left. NEVER...

We go to this place because we found it on our way home from visiting friends in North end of Bethlehem. We had checked the few reviews that were listed on google and most stated food was good. So we walk in at 7 pm and place is dead so we figure great, we will have good, fresh hot food. Wrong!! My g/f ordered the crab cakes, baked potato, and broccoli. Crab cakes came out steaming and were delicious according to my g/f. Her broccoli though was ice cold and her baked potato was actually a boiled potato with no skin wrapped in foil, which was also cold. I ordered Salisbury steak which really was a chopped steak stuffed with peppers and onions with mushroom gravy, mashed potatoes, and corn. Chopped steak was hot and delicious, mashed potatoes were warm, the corn was hot. Now, I kept my meal. My g/f though sends back her broccoli and potato which then was microwaved, but it was now hot. The waitress was very kind and customer friendly. She did get a nice tip. However, even though food was very good, the cooks do need to get on par with each other on their cooking times and temperatures...
