Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Bethlehem

Terrible Service I am a student at BAVTS and during our lunch period our school allows us to have food delivered outside the school (I confirmed this with 2 members of staff here at the school after each situation). So I ordered on the Domino's app way in advanced to make sure it was there at the time period they allow it. Later on my way to BAVTS I get a call from them saying that they weren't technically allowed to deliver to school, not knowing why which I understood if it was Domino's policy but they said they would deliver anyways which I thanked them for. 10 minutes later I get another call from the store from someone else saying that they can't deliver to BAVTS because the school doesn't allow it. I corrected him saying that they do allow it in the time frame they would have delivered. He said they have been kicked off the Freedom and Liberty campuses before. Those are 2 of the sending schools for BAVTS but are not connected besides that. So I was rudely told I didn't know what I was talking about by who I was assuming was the manager.

After this happened later on at night they called my number again at 10pm which I didn't see until 11pm. I was very confused on why they are kinda harassing me at this point so I called them back the next day. I was talking to someone about wondering why they called and to follow up on the situation yesterday but the person I was talking to was very rude too. Mid talking to her she interrupted saying "sorry I can't chat I gotta go". This was very rude. Throughout this situation this establishment has made me feel stressed, aggravated, etc.

Do not waste your time with this location. The employee's are very disrespectful and unprofessional starting with Management. If you have a issue with an order and call to report the issue, You deal with incompetent Managers that refused to state their name. This place has employees holding a title that raises red flags and concerns. They are not to be trusted with your payment info let alone your food. I have yet to receive a refund for a $40.00 order because every time I call they hang up. Stacy answered the call and refused to provide the Manager that was on duty 12/14/23 after 5pm. After asking for a supervisor and UIF came to the phone and refused to provide her name. Demanded I provide my phone number to look up the order I never received the night before. Finally I get a name Kacy then Amber claims the driver called my cell phone but it was disconnected. Claims the driver did not have to knock at the door if he did not feel like it because of safety concerns. (Keep in mind I have ordered from this location plenty of times) The porch lights were on. No common courtesy for the drivers screw up just rudeness and unprofessionalism. This complaint will go far and wide until they remove the Manager on duty at this location who clearly has no customer service for their customers. Do not waste your money or time for your family on this location. Still waiting...

This place here needs new management. I always placed my order through the app so every time I order to have it delivered I always ask for garlic on the crust on the app. The person making the pizza mostly never puts garlic on the crust n if I ask for extra sauce I get it dry. And now they charge extra for the sauce. So if I’m paying for it. They should get it right. I have work at a pizza place before and on the screen it will tell u what the customer wants on there pizza so they need to learn how to read. I decided to start picking up my order instead of getting it delivered. And I had no problem before asking for extra garlic on the crust until today when the assistant manager said no. He said their aren’t allow to do it. What ever happened to customers are always right. This will be the last time I’m ordering from this location. They never get the order right. I would not recommend this store. And for delivery drivers are the only nicest people there. Sorry I can’t take care of u guys anymore but the people who works inside mess it up for all the drivers that works hard to earn tips. Good...
