Jalisco — Restaurant in Beverly Hills

Just want to say that I had a great experience at this place. Staff was super friendly, cook was amazing and the food was soooo good!! So me and my wife had breakfast. She ordered tacos 1 with potatoes egg and cheese and 1 with chorizo egg and cheese. I had the sausage & egg plate + side of bacon. My wife loved the taco with the chorizo but said both were amazing. The plates when ordered the egg is mixed with the meat so egg and sausage, egg and bacon, egg and chorizo are mixed together. I did know that though I was going to have a side of sausage and bacon with my eggs so just keep that In mind. Plate comes with 2 tortillas flour or corn potatoes and refried beans. I'm not a fan of beans but these were some of the best beans I have ever had I ate all of them. We had such a good experience that we tipped the server $15 and I call out the cook and tipped him $10 so they got a $25 tip of some breakfast, thats how good it was. They will be changing there name and hours soon. But same workers and cook! KEEP UP...

I really enjoy my hot sauce being warm in temperature, not spice level. Mi Jalisco’s hot sauce I acquired was in fact cold in temperature, not spice level. The hot sauce had a note of a distinct sour tang that reminded me of eleven-day-old H-E-B organics mild cheddar block cheese that lay gapping open in a fridge. Speaking of Cheese, I found the praised cheese lacking in every category. I composed this haiku to express my feelings.

I love Mi Jalisco. Have since they've arisen from the Beverly Hills / South Waco strugglers whom prevail rarely, opposed to those that could've made it if they had something as Worthy as the folks at Mi Jalisco! If I had any part within their advertising or developing influence , I'd promote their hook phrasing: "Mi Jalisco - Not Your (chore) Jalisco!". Jus Sayin. 😜 What I'd almost always order from the congenital , intelligent folks there at Jalisco is bean , 'n cheese soft flour tacos for 3 for $3.
