Who needs furniture? Everyone does. Recently, I visited several furniture stores looking for a new bedroom suite. The one I have is over 15 years old and I decided to upgrade my bed to a king, so of course I needed the whole suite. My wife and I visited several "Discount", "Going out of Business", or "Closeout" locations. Luckily we had visited Home Zone Furniture first. We seen their pricing and their deals, so when we were shopping around we knew what kind of prices we wanted to stay within. Upon entering Home Zone Furniture, I was immediately greeted by Bill. He's a nice well motivated young man looking to help. I told him what I was looking for and he pointed out where the bedroom suites were and said if I had questions to just holler. He wasn't like your particular car salesman, that stands there while you look at every make and model of beds trying to figure out its features. Personally, I like being left alone while I'm trying to shop and decide what kind of things I want in a product. After, I finished looking around and getting a good idea of what I liked, I asked Bill about their sale they had going on and when did it end. He gave me a flyer and his business card and I told him I'd give it some thought. After that was when I did the shopping around for the next day or two. I couldn't find what I was looking for in those "Bargain" places and their prices weren't nearly as good as Home Zone Furniture. So, back to them the wife and I went. Upon arrival at the store this time, we were met by Xavier. He was just as young and motivated as his co-worker. Xavier said he thought we looked familiar and asked if we had already been working with someone. We told him we had been met by Bill previously and he assisted us with our questions. But, this particular day, Bill was not scheduled to work. Xavier stepped right in and helped us with our purchase of our new King Size Fort Worth Bedroom Suite. Our suite was scheduled to be delivered in three days. When the delivery guys showed up, they brought everything in covered in blankets to protect my new furniture as best as possible. They set-up the bed and placed the other items where I directed and was gone as quickly as they could. I am very happy with the service and quality of products I received at Home Zone Furniture. Enough so, that I'm am here righting this entry. If you or someone you know needs new furniture, y'all should definitely check them out. Ask for...
Read moreMe and the daughters took our break from school work to go look at furniture and maybe learn some things on payments and interest and look at some good deals on some smaller furniture pieces that would/could fit into our motorhome. The lady whose name was Cassandra of Cassie.....something with a c. She was the cutest and most knowledgeable employee that I had the pleasure of seeing and speaking with. She offered me and my kiddos dps, waters, ice cream........anything that would entertain them while I browsed, because let's face it.......furniture shopping had to be in the Tok five most boring things you can take kids to do. They were actually dreading it until they saw ice cream sodas and a mini pop a shot ( it's a little scaled down version of your arcade style basketball and net set that keeps score. Well.......I ended up scoreimg along with them. I found a lovely little recliner that will fit perfectly in the RV and perfectly underneath my hubby's booty whenever he actually gets some time off work and gets to brush the cobwebs off of the PlayStation and play some games and lounge. I'm telling you, it has been so hard finding furniture to fit in this thing that has style, comfort and functionality......but this new favorite store of mine has tons of options to choose from. By the way, they also have normal and larger sized furniture pieces as well.......happy...
Read moreY'all when I tell you this furniture store gives you more bang for your buck, you can take the savings to the bank. I have made several purchases from HOME ZONE and am pleased with the quality of each piece. The customer service is above and beyond and the floor supervisor Ruth McMillan is amazing. She and staff seem to go above and beyond to make shopping for furniture fun. NO stalking involved, just a warm greeting, advised about sales, and pointed in the right direction.
I would suggest that newlyweds, college student with their first apartment or extreme bargain shoppers look in their clearance room. Full of last call and gently damaged items to start you off...better than Ikea.... (junk)
But I digress ....On my most recent trip I went in pursuit of an ottoman that matched my football watching chair. I could have completed the purchase in 15 minutes and made it home for kickoff. But, I was 30 minutes late because that's the time it took me to scan the beautiful home accessories available throughout the store. Needless to say, I got a few of those too.
I might mention the ottoman I purchased is identical to one at another furniture store in town, but HALF the price. The same was true when I shopped for the chair.
Well worth a look and well worth...
