I went there today in the drive-thru to order two mangonada after a long time. Typically during COVID they would take payment at the serving window and dispatch at the same place. I did not know that now you had to order at the menu window. After waiting for about 15 minutes when I went to the window (where they take payments) in my car they refused to take my order and asked me to go back and order at the menu window. By now the line behind me had become long and I had two kids in the car and it was 3 PM July Waco heat. They could have just asked me what I wanted and next time order at the menu window etc. They would not budge. I did not have the patience to join the line again and left. Went there for the first time on Thur 6/19/25 for a sno cone. When I paid my card was charged twice I only noticed because I happened to check my account and saw the two charges. I tried to call them but the # on Google no one answers. So I drove all the way back up there explained the situation they kept questioning me like they didn't believe me even after giving them my phone and letting them look for themselves. They agreed to refund one of the charges had me sign a receipt and I was on my way. Then later that night I was checking my account again and noticed I was charged again so instead of refunding me they charged me again. 😑

Manager VERY rude!! Order a birthday cake cup of ice cream. It came back with chocolate which was not the normal for birthday cake cream. My daughter literally moved spoon and didn’t even take a complete bite. I asked if could switch to cookies and cream. He said no and was rude. He wanted to be argumentative and he said he would have to charge me for another one. I have been coming there everyday and to know this how you treat regular customers is bad business. He said she ate it. It wasn’t even a minute from the time it was served to us that we came to the window. Very rude and was mouthing the entire time. Telling me they have sold it 15 years.
