RUDE!! I almost never write a negative review for anything but I was treated so poorly I feel others should know. We ordered from here because my daughter enjoyed their pizza at her school. We ordered 2 large cheese. They were burned. Black on the bottom, burned cheese and crust. They tasted like cardboard. I called and the person who answered said bring them and I will get 2 new. When I got there the man who took it from me yelled at me and said it was not overcooked, complained that we ate a few pieces, and said "Tell your husband to pick the pizza up on time." I told him I had two kids at home who needed to go to bed and we live 30 minutes away so that is why they ate some. He was so unbelievably rude when they were clearly in the wrong. I have never been treated so poorly for absolutely no reason at a restaurant before. Ellie’s Pizza came through for us with the most amazing catering order! We ordered a steak tip tray, cold cut appetizer, and rice pilaf tray, and everything was a hit. The steak tips were tender and perfectly seasoned, the cold cut platter was fresh and beautifully presented, and the rice pilaf was so flavorful everyone was asking for seconds!
